What a wonderful company to deal with! My blanket stopped working after 4 months, the controller was blank and didn't light up, even when I changed the fuse, so I contacted the company and they arranged a replacement to be sent out to me. It arrived a couple of days later! The blanket is lovely and warm, is very soft to touch and isn't too heavy. It has a timer so will switch off automatically and there are 9 heat settings. I love it! Thank you so much to the seller.

Like others say, the controller is both flimsy and temperamental. i had this blanket for a month, in that time it turned itself off way before the timer, and sadly just packed up. I know its a controller issue as it has a slight burning smell when you plug it in. I contacted their support who were utterly useless. Would not offer to replace the controller early, and would only refund me once the item was received in 5-7 days. Disgraceful for an item owned for only a month. Not to mention their tracking provided no updates - just use amazon and you wont have these issues!! Amazon have kindly corrected the issue now, no thanks to Warmer. Onto the blanket itself, gets nicely hot, and fast. Only to then be let down by false advertising. This blanket is not fully heated, only about 80% of it is. Which would be nice if they told you the heating wires weren't full size, but i cannot see anywhere that is described.

Have just bought this item and really pleased with it. The size is just about right. 200 x150 cm. Am using it every day and it heats up really quickly and can be maintained at a lower setting, which should use even less electricity. It’s very soft thick fleece fabric on both sides and the filaments are not prominent so comfortable around your skin. It is also very cosy to use as a throw without heat on. Best one I have seen so far. Well done Warmer!!!!!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for someone . Unfortunately in may it stopped working . I got in touch with the company and they couldn't have been more helpful. The communication was excellent and a new product was with me within a week no fuss no hassle !!! So refreshing. Yes it was disappointing it stopped working but amazing customer service .
