1T - Small and great
Only problem I seen was that I lost over 50G up front but it’s not that much to worry about. I have an old computer with the older UBS ports so the download time was what I expected it to be. I just about filled it up in one day so I can now transfer what I need to my new computer. I may buy me another one so I can store my pictures and videos. I do worry about losing it because it’s so small.

Not user friendly
I bought a rescue plan, but info did not have my product in the drop downs and was unable to complete the form I was send by them. I will never buy a plan like that again.

Feeling Happy to save Pictures
I was happy to have a flash drive that plugged into my phone rather than down loading to the computer first. The drive is now in my fire safe box to keep my pictures safe. Great product.

Good product with a few very fixable bugs.
Unfortunately, the ONLY directions were the pictures on the box. There was NO manual for use, not even 1 page.ALSO, the charge cord that came in the box did NOT fit the collar. We ended up using a smart phone charger.Other than that, it works well. A white dog in the snow was hard 2 find. Now the snow is gone, but he is still like a ninja out there, white or not. The illuminated collar makes him a lot easier to see.We have 2 leave it on "constant" (thank you for that option). The flash mode drove him nuts trying to see what was back there.All-in-all, a good product. Just need 2 include directions & proper charge cord & would earn 5 stars.

one of the codes did not work. Good price for this little piece of tech
some cheap insurance, i hope i never really need to use it. However the 'free' code in the factory packaging was a big fat fail. the video 'extra' code did work (for the trial) strangely enough? what's up with that first code? was mine for an OLD BATCH of product stock? Let's just hope it works great and recovery service is not needed.

Disappointed
This apparently came as an email product. Was in my junk folder and got deleted so I paid for a service I won’t be able to use.
