Dakine Wristguard (1 Pair)

These wrist guards work great. These are the second pair I've bought. The first lasted near 20 years. They are low profile so they fit inside my mittens easily and are about as comfortable as wrist guards can be. They protect your palm and wrist well. Overall a great product.

I bought the size small (I wear women's size medium gloves) and put these under size large women's mittens for snowboarding so that I'd have pently of room. Worked great! Great support, maybe just a smidge tight but not noticeable once I got going, and actually kept my hands plenty warm. Wouldn't be able to wear these on top or below glove inserts. I fell one time without them on and instantly regretted it, so they went right on after that and I no longer worried about hurting my wrists.

Unless you are a pro, you MUST wear some type of wrist protection. I’m really comfortable on a surfboard and skateboard, so figured my first snowboarding day should be a breeze. But I got these just in case. I’m not exaggerating when I say I would have SNAPPED MY WRISTS like PRETZEL STICKS if it wasn’t for these wrist guards. Even a minor fall on hard packed ice will absolutely break your wrists. These bought me total peace of mind knowing I could beef it and not end up with 2 casts. I took some HARD falls and these totally held up and protected both of my wrists. Very low profile and fit comfortably as described according to dimensions. $20 vs hundreds of dollars in the ER. It hurts my fingers and wrist even though I already purchased the biggest size. I think it’s not meant for big hands. I’ll still give it 4 stars because it’s nice that it’s slim and can easily fit inside gloves.

Amazing for snowboarding. If you are going to use normal gloves for snowz have in mind that those gloves must be one size bigger for them to fit well.

Fit was good and I like that they are slim enough to fit under a normal pair of gloves. I wore these snowboarding and on my first crash hurt my left wrist. These do a good job of preventing hyperextension but the large metal brace dug into my palms. At first I thought it might of just been a fluke but on the 2nd fall it did the same thing. Both falls were nothing serious. I have been snowboarding a long time falling all the time and have never had this happen so I blame the wrist guards.

Comfortable and protective. Fit in my dakine mittens. Much less expensive than a broken wrist. Get a size up.

Xl is not the size dimensions as described. Way too tight. Was able to get on my hand and I do not see also how this will protect your wrist. Flimsy!

I haven't actually tested their protection but the fit well under a pair of bigger gloves. Order a size bigger than normal as they are rather tight

Have used these dakine wrist guards for years, unbeatable value. Gives me a lot of comfort when I'm on the slopes. Having just taught my wife to snowboard I wanted to get her a set too. Fitted perfectly over many sets of gloves/MIT's.

Gloves are good but the add is mis leading as they are womens and come up small so makesure you order xl this has been broght up a number of times and yet the seller has not changed the add !!!
