Nature's Plus - Candida Forte, 90 softgels

Recently I have been getting yeast infections often (in the past maybe got 1) and would use the usual Monistat 7 which is annoying and messy. I discovered this product and decided to try it and it actually works. I do not care for the taste but it works. As soon as I sense another yeast infection coming I start taking it. I do not take daily just when I sense one coming.

Pills are HUGE!!! Too big to swallow comfortably. Tried taking it with milk (something thick to wash it down) and it sat halfway down my esophagus and then caused garlic smelling burbs and indigestion for a couple hours. I can’t use it. Vitamins NEED to put actual size on the label so we don’t waste our money buying when they’re too big to swallow.

This is a wonderful product to clean yeast from the inside out and promote healthy digestion. If you struggle with yeast infections, this is a must have in your medicine cabinet.
