My dietician approved these cups as a high-protein breakfast option. I've been eating them most days and not tired of them. My favorite is the cinnamon roll flavor, which is very rich and fragrant so that the rest of my family is always wanting to steal it! I mix them with milk for 2 more grams of protein. The texture is soft, they're ready in a little over a minute, and easy to transport in a gym bag or to work. Highly recommend if you're trying to get more protein in your diet without a cardboard texture.

hey sweetie, you want a muffin but we dont have those muffin tins where the batter goes. No problem just put 1/3 cup of water into this litle muffin cup and put it into the heat box then time it for like a minute. You got yourself kind of the same thing as a muffin. Not as good as tim hortons but it hits the spot

My 93 year old grandma eats these as a treat. She appreciates that they are easy and have protein, something that is harder to get enough of as an elderly person. She says they are delicious.

These make an easy quick breakfast. My 7 year old loves them before school each morning. I use milk for the extra protein and it helps start her day off with a warm breakfast packed with protein to hold her over until snack.
