This product by Waterscience is absolutely amazing. After comparing with the competitors I zeroed in on buying this product. Initially I was a little sceptical whether this product will be useful or is it just another marketing gimmick. It is very easy to install it was installed easily and I was absolutely amazed by the change in the quality of water that started dispersing from my tab the water was completely soft and you can immediately feel the difference in the water quality. I hope it works well and last long. There are clear instructions given about how to install it and how to maintain it. Another good thing is that this comes with three different adaptors which can fit your type of tap easily I use a Jaguar as shown in the picture and it easily fitted into it to just need to apply some common sense or you can watch the YouTube videos. It is not so expensive compared to what you get from the product. It is highly recommended. I had started ordering bisleri water to wash hair however after using this I don't think I will need that. This water seems safe and clean. I have installed it now in the rainy season when the water that was coming from municipality was muddy and would leave the bucket sticky. However after installing this product the water is clean and it is not living any residue.

Product quality is good, how effective it is only time will tell so will post my full review after that.

Good one... Used two weeks, working fine and making hard water but softer.

WaterScience’s post-sales customer service and warranty support are completely unreliable. My unit developed an issue despite having a 2-year warranty. I fulfilled my end of the process by returning the old, damaged housing to them, but it has been over 15 days and I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive. Customer support keeps sending generic excuses about "operational issues" and vague dispatch timelines while my product remains unusable. It is completely unacceptable to leave a customer stranded for weeks after taking back the old part. A 2-year warranty means nothing if the company fails on basic fulfillment. Very disappointing experience—think twice before buying Update: Even the replacement is faulty. Do not buy this product

Ordered it twice already but noticing it lasts lesser each time and the water quality is also not improving. The first filter was great, lasted for more than 6months but the subsequent ones feel less effective, hair fall suddenly increased.

After installing the WaterScience filter in my bathroom, I've noticed a huge improvement. The hard water issue is much better now, and my hair fall has reduced significantly. This replacement cartridge is worth it for the family who have the high TDS hard groundwater as a primary source for the household uses. Every 6 months it is to be replaced, as the water blacks the flow due to dirt and other solid undissolved particles. I have been using this product for more than 2 years. Quality is good, and it's really useful. From initial purchase to date, no leakage issue has been observed.
