Finally, a Hole Punch That Doesn’t Drive Me Crazy
I grabbed this hole punch because my old one was driving me crazy. It kept jamming and the holes were always just a little off, which kind of defeats the whole point of using binders. I use binders a lot for work stuff and travel planning, so I finally decided to upgrade. This Swingline has been way better. It feels solid and doesn’t scoot around the second you start pressing down. It goes through a stack of pages without me having to put my whole body weight on it. The adjustable two‑ or three‑hole setup is actually useful, and the paper guide keeps everything lined up so I’m not constantly re‑punching crooked pages. The little tray that catches the paper bits is nice too — no more confetti all over my desk. It is a bit heavier than the cheap ones, but honestly that’s part of why I like it. It stays put and just works. Nothing fancy, nothing annoying — just a reliable tool that makes my home office a little less frustrating.

This 3-hole punch works just fine. Makes clean holes with no issues whatsoever. The only thing that bothered me was that the paper is captivated on both top and bottom of the sheet. I had some sheets that were slightly over 11 inches, and they would not feed into the punch. I had to cut them down to 11 inches before making the punches. I had actually wanted to keep them at their longer size but that was not an option. So just bear this in mind.

I had an old metal hole puncher feom the 80's that just died. I especially like the soft bat on top that you push down on.

Doesn’t fit A4 size paper. Not suitable for Australian market
I ordered this adjustable hole puncher with high hopes but it doesn’t fit A4 size paper which is the standard paper size in Australia. Not suitable for Australian market. I have returned it.

Not for A4 size paper
Had to return it as I wanted something for A4 papers. The A4 paper won’t go in the punch machine as the machine has borders at the end. This is not for A4 size paper but I never found this information in the description.
