great images - a bit small to handle
the size is a strength and a weakness - its so small it is insanely portable - even the back pocket of a cycling jersey - however I find my massive old Nikon D80 much easier to handle because it is bigger the images are excellent as is the metering. The problem I have is quick change between modes which involves going into the slightly fiddly sony menu. lastly the lack of an optical viewfinder is mostly OK but not as good for intuitive portrait and pet photography happy to recommend this camera - it is a quality bit of kit, although I have just bought a 35mm 1.8 prime lens to replace the kit zoom because I like prime lenses much better. I'm a bit of a dinosaur really.
