I love this ball. It took me a minute to figure out how to get the finger thing in, but it was actually simple. I bought it to squeeze because I play the piano, & thought it would help keep everything strong, and discovered after a few weeks that the muscles on my forearms got super strong. So, that was cool.

I bought this to help with tennis elbow and forearm pain. I was able to very easily strengthen all the muscles on my forearms. There are several workout movements to use with this device. The reason this device is so good, is that it trains both an expanding movement as well as a clenching movement. Most devices only train the clenching movement. Training both gives MUCH better results. The resistance of this ball is rather high, so you'll need to work up to it first.

It broke. The finger straps are complete crap. Also, the ball doesn't stay centered in my palm for me, so when I don't get maximum benefit by squeezing. However, it did seem to strengthen my forearm.

I thought I would be able to squeeze the ball to a pulp and max out on the finger extenders, but I was very wrong. I have a fairly strong grip, but my fingers need work and this helps that problem thoroughly. The finger extenders are pretty firm as well. I have a long ways to go until I'm pro with this. It comes with another finger cord so if one breaks you can replace it. Notice that the smallest finger hole is for your pinky and you'll be find with operating it. If this thing ever dies on me I won't hesitate to buy another one. It's worth the money if you want to build grip strength, finger strength, and relief stress on your muscles/joints.

This is the best physical therapy device I have found for most any hand problems as well as improving flexibility and strength.

This has helped me greatly in building my finger and forearm muscles up after surgery. I have had no problems with the bands breaking and I have 14.5 inch forearms of solid muscle.
