Second pack of these I have ordered, they hold their shape and give good resistance. They last about two years, they are well made and don’t break easily.

These work great for certain exercises, but the red one (least resistance) broke after about a week. The others are okay.

Durable, easy to use, a three bands for different intensity

These bands are great for strength training. I purchased in place of the band that comes with the Brazilian Butt DVDs; the band included is extremely weak and cheap. There isn't much difference between the blue and green but, are both for advanced users. I lent them to a male friend who is an avid cycler and his strength was tested with the green band and quickly felt the burn and tired. The red band is great for beginners and amateur athletes and, with repetitive work outs accomplish great results. Another plus, the bands are the perfect thickness as to not roll up while using. Also, comes with a book of useful exercises if you are not using with a work out video to follow.

I used the heavy & light band for my full round of Tapout XT. They handled great and provided the resistance that I was looking for in those workouts. However, After a few times using the heavy band after my first round of Tapout XT, the band snapped while I was doing some squats with the band right above my knee. I'm 6' 2" and have thicker legs, so the band was stretched pretty good. I didn't see any fatigue cracks or anything before it broke, so it was a suprise. The light band handles very well because it can stretch much better than the heavier bands, so keep that in mind.

Awful product. I have had these for less than a year and the medium blue band snapped in half while using it for a bicep exercise. Disclaimer: I'm not that strong. Really disappointed in the quality of these. They also constantly roll up when used on your legs. Not a fan**update**The company sent me another blue band, and while using it AGAIN for a short length arm exercise they snapped, leaving a huge welt on both my arms and one on my neck where the band hit when it snapped. Awful product, I threw all three out. Not worth the injury

I had some longer bands like this, but needed some of these smaller 9" ones to do Beachbody's upcoming 80 Day Obsession program. I've been using this for some moves in their teaser program A Little Obsessed, and they work great.All bands like this tend to slide up a bit, but these stay in place pretty well, and it helps if you wear them over fabric (as opposed to bare skin).As you can see from the attached photos, they are each around 9" (give or take a bit), and the little booklet that comes with it is a great way to find exercises to do with these. The coil binding and thick board paper make it stand up easily.This is a nice set, and I just wish it came with a bag to store the loops in.
