GOVO T4 Badge Holder No-Clip Version - Durable Polycarbonate ID Card Holder Holds 1 to 4 Cards (Black)

I have tried this GOVO T4 badge holder out a few times at work. It appears to be made of high quality materials, featuring a 2mm thick polycarbonate body and an eyelet made from manganese steel. Supposedly, this metal spring system never loses elasticity, which is a bold claim that I can only verify if I still have this job in the year 2045. It is awesome. The value is good for a holder that weighs 1.2 oz and doubles as a wallet. It is the no-clip version, designed to hold between 1 and 4 cards securely. The internal spring holds them by the sides so your driver's license doesn't end up looking like it went through a blender. It is a solid choice for anyone who carries a work ID and credit cards together, provided you don't mind looking like a very organized secret agent 🕵️ I suggest using a high quality lanyard since the steel eyelet is much stronger than most cheap fabric loops. Make sure your most-used card is on top for easy scanning through the clear screen 💳✅

I have no complaints about this ID holder. It is a little heavy for a normal-duty retractable lanyard due to the durable construction, just something to keep in mind. Make sure to tighten the screw holding the connector on. Mine backed out shortly after purchase, but hasn't given me any issues since I snugged it up. I only use it for two cards, one of which stays in all the time. I added a small piece of tape to prevent that one from moving when I pull the other one out. The cutout at the bottom is nice for pushing a card up for removal. I'm happy with this purchase.

I've been using this badge holder for a few months now and I really like it. The pros: I feel like my badge is very well protected from wear and breakage, which was my reason for purchasing it. My badge is very readable through the clear cover and I don't have any problems with prox readers. The loop at the top is very strong so I'm not worried about my badge breaking off (at least from this holder) during the day. The downside: it is unusually heavy (so you might want to wear a thicker lanyard since this weighs on the neck) and the weight of the holder has definitely degraded my retractable clasp so that it doesn't fully retract anymore, so I will have to look for a better retractable clasp than the one I've been using in order to support this holder's weight for 9 hrs a day. The top loop is also not a standard size, so your standard clear badge buttons that come on most retractable clasps and lanyards won't fit in it. Not even close. You will definitely need something thinner to attach this to your lanyard. That said, it is very easy to use. It is very clear. It will hold your id/badge. It looks nice. I'd recommend this badge holder.

Coincidentally I have 4 different IDs I rotate through at work and this fits them perfectly. This has a pretty cool spring function in the back that holds them in if you have fewer than 4 cards in there or need to take one out to pop into your computer (talking to you CAC users). On the CAC note, I’ve been using this for the last few months and the cards and their chip don’t seem to be scratched up by the plastic face if you put it in and take it out multiple times per day like other badge holders have done to mine in the past.

Works perfect for more than one ID. Every other one I tried either were too loose and cards fell out or so tight you couldn’t remove one to scan. This holds them just right!

Auch bei täglichem Einsatz zeigt er keine Schwächen. Nichts verbiegt sich, nichts leiert aus. Die Verarbeitung ist sauber und langlebig. Ich verwende ihn mit einer Umhängeschnur um den Hals. Damit ist der Ausweis jederzeit griffbereit und sicher verstaut. Je nach Bedarf passen 1 bis 4 Karten hinein, ohne dass es klemmt oder wackelt. Für den beruflichen Einsatz klar zu empfehlen. Stabil, funktional und zuverlässig.

Purchased to hold photo ID and electronic key-card. Springs hold both securely in place, and there is plenty of space for the thicker key-card. Happy with the design and though all plastic (minus the clip), it appears to be well made and durable.
