I first ran into hot sauce in the service where it sat on every table in the mess hall. I learned it was more a southern thing. Times change and we all recognize the grocery store brands and their common flavor. The amount of heat seems to be the only difference with almost all resonating with a strong vinegar background.So, ever wish you had something without the aggressive, vinegar note? Meet Asia instead of Alabama. Your socks will remain in place when you use this. This isn't very sweat inducing. It has a nice tang that should only shock the most sensitive. I guess the term is balance. The main flavors are there not to change the dish but to augment it. That lends itself to many situations. We taste something and there is that something missing. Often you'll find what is missing with a sauce like this.It is a great condiment to add to the standard, American ones.

It was not until the next day that I found three large bottles of this same Sauce for $15. This is a rip off. Look elsewhere.

Great product for making top notch Bloody Mary's. I like several other hot sauces too. However, this particular chill sauce has less vinegar than some brands, so it is ideal for making a good Bloody Mary without the vinegar taste.

It's so good. You can put it on everything. I'm almost done with the bottle & I got it a week ago. I can eat a fresh jalapeno with little to no feeling of heat so I personally wouldn't it consider it that spicy.

Whether you eat Ramen noodle, mashed potatoes, couscous, mac-n-cheese or plain chicken breast, rooster sauce will warm it in a delightful manner. I consider it an essential staple and always have some available - be it at home or on deployment.

I had to buy this in the event that the factory that makes Sriracha shut down for an extended period of time. Sriracha is amazing. Try it.
