The product is awesome moment you take it out of the packaging and set it up it's pretty easy, the value is great, over all you won't be disappointed

The weakness of all of these stools is in the bracket underneath to fasten the steel frame to the upholstered top. These Sunex stools are built better than the common 'red-topped' imports. I've gone through the less expensive red cushioned offerings each once a year or so on average. I've actually received one already with a broken weld. The Sunex has a better designed bracket supporting the seat cushion. It doesn't shear off after continued use. I expect them to last indefinitely. I use these on an average of 6-10 hours a day, working at a bench. Sometimes there is a difference between Asian manufacturers. The Sunex stool is one of these exceptions.

I was very impressed with this stool when I opened the box. It was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Assembly was trivial. The stool is stable, moves easily in all directions, and the air lift works well. I would have given this a 5 star rating except for the padding in the seat. The padding is so soft that it felt as if I was setting on a bare board. I only weigh 180 pounds, so it's not like I over loaded it. I immediately removed the seat cover and replaced the foam with a higher density foam. I now look forward to using this stool for many years.

Would recommend. I'm a big guy and so far so good. Seems fairly well made but time will tell. So far no complaints

I bought this stool for my hubby to replace one he had that broke. this is a good stool, however, my hubby thinks the cushion could be thicker & softer, otherwise, works well.
