Lock&Lock is one of Korea company, but this product made in China.

Do I cover leftover tofu completely with water in this container? Is the draining tray just for lifting it out? Ty!

This container is for getting all of the fluid out of your tofu. You set the tofu on the tray and put it in the frig or leave it out and it helps to get rid of the moisture in the tofu . It's for draining the tofu

This food container is great, especially with the versatile pull up insert that allows you to place items on it to prevent veggies to stay fresh without sitting in any juice or liquid to ruin your vegetables.
