I had to bend them to the right shape before they would fit my MB 550's.Same issue with the small ends for smaller traps. The big ends was even to big for my #3 bridggers. If I wanted to make them myself I would have.I made them work though...

Probably heavy enough to hold up. The small end is to small and the large end to large for a Duke #2 CS. Closed up the large ends a bit on my bench vice and it works fine, otherwise the Setter will come off the trap and breaking a couple fingers would be easy to do. And yes, I'm an old guy too.

not worth getting hurt using
not made for bridger #5 traps. Winter use in the mountains of Idaho I almost broke my finger using these. Just be careful if using on Bridger #5 Alaskans. I have trapped for 50 years and don't write many reviews.

Xtra leverage
I use duke 1 3/4 offset coil spring 4x4 traps and the xtra leverage is great help, it probably fits other traps better than mine, it fits different size traps, each end is different, small and large, no medium, I would have given it a 5 rating but it's awful sloppy on my levers and the other end is two small but still does the job

Unsafe they slip off.
Did not fit on my Bridger #5’s kept slipping off, I bent them in the opposite direction and they grab better now. Would not recommend for Bridgers.

Great product
Great product, worked perfectly on my bridger #5, #3 and all my duke traps that I have. Very nice finish and durable.

Need a grinder to make changes
Trap setters need to be wider & deeper, to keep from slipping off M& B 55o offset traps !’

Okay, these work okay. Just be prepared to try and make them fit your particular traps. I used a hammer to close the jaw part a little more so they don't slip.
