King Arthur, Cake Flour Unbleached and Unenriched, Non-GMO Project Verified, No Preservatives, 2 Pounds

I just bought this to make my husband a cake for his birthday. The cake turned out absolutely perfect and he reports it was the best cake he has ever had. The cake flour seems to be of high quality and a super fine texture - King Arthur has never disappointed in their flours. I wish it were organic, but otherwise a great product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Game changer for cupcakes and brownies & copycat lofthouse cookies! Even if the recipe calls for AP switch to this and the difference is amazing! And yes it works perfect for anything that says “bleached cake flour”, it does not need to be bleached!

This King Arthur cake flour is wonderful. I have used a couple of other brands, but the King Arthur has been a proven winner for me. Cakes come out light and fluffy and taste delicious.

This is a great brand of cake flour. I have never had any issues with quality, taste, or bugs. Very versatile in baking. I do not use this for rising bread and have no gluten issues, so I cannot speak to those things.

The media could not be loaded. Overall its a good product only complaint is that it is packed in a plastic bag inside the box....which actually is not good. Shld be in a paper bag.

You can't go wrong with king Arthur products. I have always used King Arthur bread flour because it yields a tender crumb and the protein amount is perfect for my recipes. This is the 2lb box. Quick shipping and a really great bread flour.
