Amazing machine and amazing support from Amazon
I've had the machine a day and it was really easy to setup. We all love the theme and the artwork is amazing. Our pinball skills are average and my whole family is really enjoying it. I set it up level with an easy 6 degree incline. I believe that is what it is at when it is set right center in the bubble. I also turned on the auto save as we found things a bit unforgiving for us as novices at first. As we get better I can increase the angle and speed things up. The machine plays really smooth and I was able to upgrade it to 1.0 code with no issue. Extremely happy with the machine.The delivery service only sent one guy so I had to help him bring the machine into the house. From what I understand he could have called to get another guy there but that was going to add a lot of time so I just helped out. Really nice guy. Amazon support has been nothing short of amazing in all of this. I was nervous about spending so much but I won't have that fear in the future.1 Month Update: I've had the machine for over a month now and it shows over 800 plays on it in that time. We love the machine and it's only required minor tweaks which is expected in a pinball machine. Extremely happy with this purchase. My current high score on the 1.0 software is just under 200 million. Love collecting jackpots and when you do manage to cash them in it's a huge rush.

Awesome Munster's Pinball Machine
It is very entertaining and much more than expected. The music and video clips are awesome. The gameplay is fast paced and very addictive.

amazing fun
high quality graphics and amazing sound system. real fast play. only criticism is that sometimes the herman magnet captures 2 balls at once and you need to shake machine to get them loose. well built sturdy machine.
