I'm glad I bought this strap it really helps make the hard hat secure. Fits perfectly, I even had someone ask me if I have been in the military. He said "everyone I know who has these straps have all been in the military." I understand his reasoning behind that I've been in the military.

This item works good because, I have long hair as a male an work on a drilling rig. I needed something secure an cost efficient while being comfortable so I could keep my hard hat on without shifting while I wear a skull cap.
