Regular size dice with tiny inner. The kids can read them.

Alphabet dice for elderly?

I'm not sure what you mean by that. But the small dice that is inside of it it was very small...kinda hard to see the numbers. The dice I ordered are only numbered dice. I use them for various activities in my classroom with 8th grade students and they work well for number type activities.
