Fit perfectly!
It's insane to expect a $50,000 automobile to have visors that aren't a terribly-designed, steaming pile of cow poop. Of course we should expect to have to replace them after a few short years. Nissan quality is an oxymoron, apparently, as this is a well-known, multi-year flaw. That being said, this replacement was an EXACT fit, easy to install, and a good value compared to what Nissan charges for more of the same bad product. If this fails, at least it cost less than the crap it shipped with.

Light above mirror melted surrounding plastic
Visor worked great, was an exact replacement for color and size with OEM. However, after a few months the light began to melt the surrounding plastic, leaving a burnt smell in the car. Lightbulb must be too bright as this even happens after just a couple minutes of being on.

Great fit!!!
This for my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder SV great! It doesn't quite match the existing, but it's not all that noticeable. Started to sag like the OEM one 2 years later. Will have to order something new again for both sides this time.

Easy install
Very easy to install and works great.

Fits and works, but loose.
This fit and works in my 2015 Inf QX60 (with sunroof). After three months, the hinge is loose: the visor will swing away from the car window on turns. It should really stay in place. It's just a bad design, OEM or after-market.

Great Fit for me
Bought a Left side shade. It fit perfectly and works as it should. No issue with the clip slot alignment. Wiring and connector fit without issues. Tan color was very close to existing interior. As noted by others, the mounting screw holes are slightly out of alignment with car's thread holes. Not a problem if you use manual screw driver and sequentially (L - R, L - R, L - R) tighten the screws.
