Okay to line the inside bottom of grill with aluminum foil for easier clean-up?

I do not see why one could not do that

From looking at a box, this grill is made in China. Napoleon manages the facility with strict quality control. The President's 10 Year Limited Warranty still applies.

Has anyone hooked up this grill to a low flow RV quick connect...and if you have what kind of conversion/adaptor was required

Napoleon has a part number 66287 and it's an RV adapter kit that allows this to hook up to an RV quick disconnect.

The manual shows side tables and how to install. There were not any in the box. Were there supposed to be some? Or can you buy them as accessories?

I believe that they are an option. If you look in the back of the manual there is a list of parts and the sides are listed as an option, if I remember correctly.
