Tamiya Models German 88mm Gun Flak 36.37 Model Kit

Hilt this the first time as a teenager. I’m more patient now (50 years later) and have better tools. Good parts fit and makes an excellent piece. I have a nice Tamiya half track to go with it I will build soon. Great kit of an unusual subject.

This is my favorite model - period. It has great detail and is at a reasonable price. Tamiya has been around for years and is really the benchmark to which other plastic models are compared. I made an 88mm Flak Gun when I was a teenager in the 70's and it was awesome. I am now getting back into modeling after being away many years and can't wait to do another one of these. However, it is a bit more challenging than some of the other armor Tamiya models, so I would not try this one until I built up my proficiency (it has many very small detailed parts), but it is definitely worth working up to as a goal. In other words, this should not be the first model you try to build. It works wonderfully as a stand alone piece in a diorama or can be combined in armor battle scenes or with aircraft as this gun was often used as a anti-aircraft gun as well.

Another great tamiya kit. Fits are good. Love the extras like the motorcycle and men. Pick this one up you won’t be disappointed.

Every now and again, a lot comes along that is a "cut above" the average. They end up being called "classics".This German 88 is just such a beast - and I mean beast! The model is packaged well, with ample amounts of shoulder room in the box. Crisp exterior details, and we'll engineered placement of connection points make for minimal sanding and filling. The base gray makes for ready pre-shading and painting and/or priming.Dioarama ready!

What can I say? This is another fine kit from Tamiya loaded with details. I'm really looking forward to building this kit and the Tamiya 8 ton half-track kit that goes so well with this particular kit. The German 8 ton half-track & German 88 FLAK Gun kits makes for one beautiful diorama. I highly recommend this kit from Tamiya.

Great product. The tamiya models are always of high quality and very fun to build, will definitly be buying more of these for a diorama build but overall i would say that this makes for a great gift/beginner peoject. If looking for a model flak gun look no more cuz this is a great option :)

Der Bausatz ist einfach immer noch TOP! Was man hier für seine 28 Euro geboten bekommt ist einfach ein Traum. Natürlich gibt es vielleicht welche die detaillierter sind oder umfangreicher. Ich habe von meinem Modellbaufreund gehört das er diesen Bausatz gleich drei mal gebaut hat. Hab mir also einen besorgt und was soll ich sagen , der erste ist noch nicht ganz fertig und die Zwei neuen sind auch gestern schon angekommen. Kann diesen Bausatz wirklich jedem nur empfehlen.

移動形態のメカメカしさに強く惹かれて購入しました。完成後も砲台は上下左右に可動し、アウトリガーも展開、格納が出来ます。車輪部分は前後ともビス止めなので外したり付けたり可能です。どうやらかなりのベテランキットらしく全てのパーツのバリを取らなければなりませんでしたがプラモデルというのはそういった作業を楽しむ物として認識していますので問題ありません。見た目に反してそこまで部品が細かい訳ではありませんので組み立てに苦労する事はありませんでした。ジオラマのイメージが強いキットですが移動形態で楽しむのもオススメです。
