Miracle Frooties Miracle Fruit Tablets XL(Two Packs)

Got these for a party we threw for a friend's birthday (it was Harry Potter themed, so we wanted to make the meals 'magical'), and they worked phenomenally! The XL tablets are well worth it for a more assured full effect and extra longevity. Everyone had a great time, especially those who had never tried it before. Would definitely recommend for fun date nights, special events, or just to support a fruity diet!

I used these for a lab in my Neuroscience class. They work by blocking a sweet receptor at neutral pHs, but activating it at acidic pHs. So everything that tasted normally sweet tasted like nothing after the pills dissolved on our tongues, but then any acidic food tasted crazy delicious. My students were asking, where can I get MORE LEMONS?!?!?!

I purchased 2 packages of these for an entertaining evening of flavor tripping. I'm not sure if we received a bad batch or what but it didn't last as long as expected based upon other people's reviews. It lasted for approximately 20-30 minutes, when used as instructed on the package. It did make sour things taste much sweeter. Later that evening, 3 of the 5 of us that used the tablets became very nauseated and sick. It could have been a coincidence. Possibly, we all just happened to come down with simultaneous gastroenteritis (stomach flu) but considering that only 2 of the 3 reside in the same household and spend a good bit of time together, that seems rather unlikely. I should probably try them again, but honestly, I'm afraid to. I was soooo sick and if it was these tablets, then unfortunately, the results were not good enough for me to attempt it again! I would definitely NOT purchase these again.

They work as stated. Take a while for the tablet to fully dissolve in your mouth, after that sour things are sweet! 10 people tried it and it lasted between 15 minutes and an hour. Fun thing to try with friends. Sour fruit is the most fun.

This totally screwed me over I tried to impress a bunch of friends by taking one of these without telling them and eating a bunch of lemons and when I did it worked for 5 minutes then it wore off and I had to eat like 3 more lemons so I didn't look like a jack ass

I purchased these for my fiancee. I wrote a letter saying so, and they sent me a free berry extra, just for me.The berries were hard to describe... and calling them berries is inaccurate. They're basically chewable tabs made from ground berries.But they did everything I hoped. Basically, they took acidity and made me unable to sense it. Drinking vinegar tasted like drinking sweet tarts. It was really cool.I'm an individual who has been in the professional winemaking world, and I'm about to take my cicerone 2 exam (for beer). It was really cool to see what the human palate can do when tricked by outside sources. I would buy again at triple the price.

I tried these things once at a party five years ago but it was the real berry.I give them to friends of mine that get cancer and they can eat again.It's probably cheaper to buy the plant but some times these can be used just to cheer someone up for awhile that's sick and you yourself join in.These are really natural except for it being in pill form.Cancer patients along with diabetics should have been told about about this plant fifty years ago.Every thing I ate was sweet or close to sweet.I haven't tried the cranberries without sugar yet but that's next.

These things really work! I bought a bunch of large packs to share with my family during the holidays and even was able to split them in half since they were so big. I paired them with different TrueLemon powdered lemon/lime packets and everyone was so excited to see how they worked! For some reason it wasn't very effective for one of my family members, even with a full tablet. Maybe it just doesn't work for some people
