Bought the 8oz Jar of Maxwell House Original Roast Instant Coffee. This probably is one of the best instant coffees I've had. I bought a 12oz tumbler cup, and this instructs to use one teaspoon for 6oz, so I use two teaspoons. I'm hurting for money at the moment so this is coming in real clutch, as it tastes absolutely fine without cream and without sugar, flavor is great - I'm honestly pleasantly surprised, I wasn't expecting the flavor to be quite as good for how low the price is. I'll probably resort to this in the future as it's quite convenient. The only thing I can mark as a con is that the little label thing that wraps around the outside of it kind of unstuck itself, so one side pops off rather easily. This doesn't really do anything and doesn't hurt the contents of the product, so I'm not going to deduct a star for this. Either way, I'm quite happy with this purchase.

I have tried ground coffee, coffee pods, and other instant coffees over the years, but I consistently come back to this Maxwell House Original Roast instant coffee because it simply gives me the best balance of flavor, convenience, and price. For me, this 8 oz jar lasts about two weeks while drinking at least three cups of coffee a day, which makes it one of the most economical coffee options I have found. I regularly compare prices between traditional coffee, pods, and instant coffee, and this continues to be one of the cheapest options without tasting “cheap.” The flavor is surprisingly full-bodied for an instant coffee. It does not have that strange chemical or burnt aftertaste that some instant coffees develop. It is smooth, consistent, and comforting, which is exactly what I want first thing in the morning. This has honestly become a staple in my house because it is dependable, affordable, and tastes good every single time. Sometimes the simplest products stick around for a reason, and this is one of them.

I’m not a huge fan of instant coffee, but when you run out of coffee, the best back up is Maxwell House instant always been our go-to! Plus if you like cold coffee drinks, we use this instant coffee to make a Dalgona. Sooo worth it! I wish it was a bigger size for that price. Anyway I’d still recommend and buy again, but more inclined if it went on sale!
