The top ring that holds the flag broke after two days. The flag is really nice not too sure about the hardware. Maybe Amazon can ship me new rings or new pole. I got this flag because it was made in the USAUpdate: After sending info to seller about the pole a new pole was sent to me. I have had it up for 3 days now and no problems yet. I will change my rating to 5 because of the great flag and the super quick response to my problem.Update: It's still working no complaints and its windy here in Florida.Another update if I could give more than 5 Stars I would. Here is a copy of my response to Grace Alley.This may be the best merchant I have used. We had a great deal of wind and the bracket and pole were broken. After contacting Grace Alley they very quickly replaced both as the one year warranty had not expired. We did notice that the wall bracket looks as though they made the new one quite a bit stronger. If you need an American Flag to attach to your outside wall Grace Alley stands by their product. American made what else could you want. Great company Grace Alley.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have purchased a few different versions of the little spinning rings and they have all failed miserably in stopping my flag from getting tangled.This thing is fantastic. It still gets hung up every now and then if it is very windy out, but has never failed to unfurl itself in a very short amount of time.Was not thrilled with the price, but you get what you pay for.We will see how long it hold up to the Southern Arizona sun... but for now, I love it!

We received the Flag Pole Kit in excellent condition. We purchased it to replace an aging flag we have displayed for many years. This flag is excellent quality and exactly as described by the seller. The pole is just what I was looking for, a rotating pole that will allow the flag to hang free and not get wrapped around itself. The materials are all top notch and made in the USA. Assembly and installation were simple. We're very glad to have made this purchase and recommend this seller without reservation.

I just received this in time for the Memorial Day weekend. Everything was packaged quite nicely and nothing was damaged. The flag pole kit itself appears to be high quality and well made. I am a fan of stainless steel hardware so I used stainless screws instead of the four supplied. My only other "mod" was to wrap the bottom of the pole, about 3" with some non stick tape for more of a secure fit into the holder. At this time I am very happy with the quality of the product.

In my neighborhood there are very few American Flags flying. I decided to replace the older, faded, "Printed" style flag with the best flag I could find!This flag kit totally changed the vibe of my house from drab to Patriotic.The pole that comes with this kit is bar-none the best... absolutely no issues with the flag tangling. I actually already was using the same wall mount which comes included, use strong masonry "tapcon" anchors if you need. My neighbor has one of the flags that is "sleeved" over the pole and tangles pretty much every day... He told me he's ordering this kit! We do what we can... to show pride in our neighborhood and support our nation, whomever the president is... I'm still proud to be an American!

I was concerned at first because when I opened the flag itself, it seemed so large! Once I attached it to the pole, it turned out to be the perfect size. The flag itself seemed a little stiff but after a few days hangs perfectly. The only thing I would like that isn’t offered now, is a choice of pole colors. Also the little round plastic ball at the top of the pole is VERY cheap looking but doesn’t look so bad once it’s up. Overall worth the price just so I didn’t have to search all over the place for first the flag, then the pole, then the bracket. It all comes in one package.

I was very optimistic about my flag and pole purchase from Grace Alley. I opened the box to find my seemingly quality "made in the USA" flag and surprised to pull out the "Made in China" flag pole and mount. The advertising is very misleading. It feels like cheap metal, plastic attachment points, and the halfway point where the pole screws together is plastic. It has a bend in the middle where it goes together. Now a couple of months in, and my flag is all tattered and it's fraying everywhere. I am very disappointed in all aspects of this purchase. I come home pretty much everyday to the flag being wrapped around the pole also, probably because of the cheap plastic construction. I have included photos of the faults.

Box everything came in says flag was made in USA but plastic bag flag was in inside the box says 100% Polyester flag Made in China. The bags that contained the bracket and pole are also very clearly marked as Made In China. For something that says Made in USA in the actual title, none of what I received was actually made in USA as per individual packaging each piece came in. See pic. Top to bottom is box, bag flag was in, bag bracket was in, and bag pole was in. As you can see they all say Made in China even though the box says the flag “is proudly made in USA” Not! Contacted Grace Alley and they still said flag was made in USA but acknowledged the other parts were made in China. When I replied to ask for a specific explanation on why the bag the flag came in was marked as made in China all they said was please call us to discuss further..........would rate zero stars due to false representation if that was possible to do.
