Giro Peloton Cycling Cap

Great hat, with a great fit and great colorway. If it lasts half as long as some of the other Giro gear I have I will be a more than happy and satisfied customer. Comfort 5, Value 4.5 Sweatproof- not really supposed to be

Love love love this cap! I just ordered another in white! Not too warm on hot days since the material wicks sweat from your head, but it also keeps the cool breezes off your head on chilly mornings. A win win! I also have sensitive skin, so the cotton caps bother my head - this one does not. I don't even know I'm wearing it.

This is a nice cycling hat. It is thin, stretchy, and contoured so it fits easily under a cycling helmet. I have a larger head (size 7.5) and it fits me fine (most cycling caps are too small for me), but it has elastic in the back so it should fit a smaller head as well. Sizing is a little larger than the Castelli hats, which are snugger and less comfortable on my head. The brim flips up or down for protection against sun or rain in various conditions. Poly fabric wicks and breathes much better than the old-style cotton caps. It doesn't get soggy with sweat like cotton hats can on hot humid days. Good quality cotton caps can be bought for half this price, so you do have to decide if this one is worth it for your riding conditions.

Great color - not the shade of orange that you see in the pic. Although the hat is "universal", it does run a little small, at least for my big noggin. Has to be further forward than I would like as if it further back the peak will not stay up. Other than that, it is comfortable and does the job keeping the sun off and keeping the sweat away.

This cap is awesome. Some other cheaper caps do a weird thing with the bill but this one is very nice. Fits great under a helmet with shades on. Wish it was available in a few more color options, but it delivers what it promises.

Way too small! I am a small woman although I wear a size medium helmet. The charcoal gray Giro Peloton cycling cap I bought here two years ago is faded after a lot of wear and washing. Comparing the one that I received today with the old one, the circumference is at least 2 inches smaller, and the crown comes down about an inch above my ears, whereas with the old one the crown is about level with my ears. This cap would definitely give me a headache after 30 minutes of riding. Someone in Vietnam didn't get the measurements right. Will return.

I've rode bikes for a few decades, and I have yet to find a more comfortable, breathable, functional cycling cap.

These are the only caps my husband loves for cycling. He wears them under his helmet so he doesn’t have to use sunblock on his scalp. I like to use them when we are touring because they help keep the sun out of your eyes while riding long distances too.

Ich trage seit vielen Jahren Peleton Caps von Giro. Meistens hat eine Mütze zwei Saisons durchgehalten. Bisher war ich mit der Verarbeitung überwiegend zufrieden. Doch beim jüngsten Kauf hat die Qualität sichtbar nachgelassen. Die Passform ist aber nach wie vor ideal für meinen Kopf, deshalb nur ein wohlmeinender Stern Abzug.

Colour is misleading on the website as a tanned orange. In reality, it is pretty much a red. Why don't they just make an orange one?

Cycling caps trend to be small and I have a head like a watermelon. This was one of the biggest hats around and I could only just get it on my noggin so I returned it. It looked ridiculous. More a feature of my head than the cap but there are plenty of cranially endowed people out there so someone please make hat that fits larger people not just cater for the pinheads.

Now that we're in to cycling season I finally had a chance to try out this cap, only to find that the visor is sewn and extends in to the sweat band and can't be flipped up as a result. Poor quality control in my book and will be going in to the garbage.
