These taste great! The dosage is 2 chews. No side effects thus far. No odd odors. Don't stick in my teeth like some gummies do. Effective? I'll have to take them for several months before being able to be able to review that much.

Keeping in mind I’m not a fan of fruit and cream flavors, the flavors ARE odd, but not nasty. I found they go better with coffee. Texture is acceptable. I like that the ingredients are relatively wholesome and it has D3, but sugar, glucose syrup and water are the first listed. At 6g sugar still less than some other big name brands. I struggle with pills and the texture of gel caplets for some reason. These resolve that problem, the flavor is better than other brands I've tried, and I am no longer deficient in calcium or D3. Can't complain and will likely continue purchasing.
