I would like to go through the problems mentioned by other buyers.1. There are many complaints about touch pad. I agree to their statements but the solution is that you will have to update your system and the system will update the touch pad drivers and will work very smoothly after the update. I had the same problem and I did that.2. Some people are getting blue screen errors. I received the product with same fault. There were so many corrupted system file and hence it was having problem running windows properly. I immediately reported the problem to amazon and they quickly replaced the product and delivered me a brand new laptop very next day. Even this blue screen problem can be resolved by visiting lenovo service center.So after so many problems, amazon gave me a good response like they do every time. I am happy now with this product. Thank you.3. Speakers sucks. And I am totally agree with that but I have nothing to do with speakers as I have purchased this machine for professional use and I always keep my Bluetooth headphones connected so I don't mind sound quality of speakers.4. Web camera is also not up to the mark but okay for skype sessions and other video conferences with enough daylight.5. Activation of Microsoft office. Office 365 cloud version is provided but it hasn't lifetime validity. So you need to call lenovo support and they will provide assistance installing office home edition to your pc.6. Warranty. When you register your product online on Lenovo, It shows less warranty period which you have to update by uploading your invoice receipt details.7. Keypad is awesome with numeric keys.8. SSD is PCIe NVMe not SATA. So speed is very good.9. Start up time is around 9 seconds and power off time is around 12 seconds.10. Battery life is around 5 hours while offline and 3.5 to 4 hours while browsing online.

I have earlier used Lenevo Thinkpad, but it was costly with I5 processor , so went with this . I also had the touchpad issue as reported by others , but it can be easily solved by contacting the lenevo support team and they will remote diagnose it .Writing this review after 1 month of usage.Pros:1. Comes with Licensed Windows , have MS office 2019.2. With SSD , booting and shutting down time is around 10s.3. Battery is 2 Cell, not that good and not that bad as well..Cons:1. Sound is low2. Camera is VGA, low quality , can make video calls thoughIn this price range , I think this is the better option considering Windows Licensed , SSD , Office and i5 processor.

I'm developer and i have normal usage with internet connection...first look was good..the thin laptoo with attractive price point and attractive features...but...the battery is worst..with internet connection battery only lasts for 1.5 hours max...n without internet battery can last upto max 3 hours... another problem is with speakers...the speaker quality is worst...my mobile has loud n better music performance than laptop...rest of the thing is good.. lacking sometimes but overall i can give it 6/10.

Waste of money not at all workingI bought in Jan end and from march in lockdown I did not use till July first now it is not starting.though used less got struck not able to use it when needed most in this lockdown

If you are looking for entertainment, then do not buy this laptop. The speaker sound is very low. Its good when you put headphones/earphones. The touchpad is not much sensitive. Its better if you use a mouse. Rest all is nice. Battery backs up for 2+ hours. Bootup time is very fast. Can be used for work purpose

Good performance... Large screen... Not good for high speed typing as keys are spread out a bitAll in all a good buy
