I purchased the Ear Wax Removal cleaner to help my husband with cleaning his ears which I have had to help him with since he had a stroke. He was able to use your product and was so please that it was easy to do and to clean. I am going to tell my 94 year old father about your product to help him, so it is easier for him to use his hearing aids. Thank you.

My elderly yr grandmother - who wears hearing aids & needs to keep her ears clean for maximum hearing effectiveness - saw Q Grips - original name they were marketed under - not sure why name got changed? - on TV, so I bought for her. We read instructions. She tried them. I tried them on her. I tried them on own ears. Complete waste of time. Little rubber thingies did not bring out even one iota of ear wax. Next day we went to CVS Minute Clinic and PA was shocked at how clogged my mom's ears were. Took an hr for her to get them clean. Seems like whatever they're being called now rubber wandy things should have some sign of ear wax on them when we tried them. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Waste of time.

For what it is, it seems pretty good. I hesitate to give it five stars, but I have no reason not to. It's a rubber / silicone bendy hand tool used for cleaning your ears. Some of these reviewers write as if they've never had clean ears before this tool, and that seems weird to me, but I don't have any major issues with my ears. I was mostly just curious and wanted to try it out. The presentation is pretty cool. The box is nice, the cases are durable, and if not lost, this thing seems like it 'll be around a long time. The free metal cleaning "bonus" tools or whatever they are I will never use in my ears. They look like torture devices. I will likely use them to scrape my nails or something.So there's this little card in the box that says if you go to their site you get a free gift. I was bored, curious, and I'm made of time, so I decided to go check it out. Obviously you have to fill out your information, and then post a screen pic of your review, which seems weird but alright. You get to choose from a list of gifts, but there is one screwball clickbox where it says "other" and they say they'll purchase it on Amazon and ship it to you. Didn't see it clearly listed anywhere what the monetary limit is. I'm guessing if I didn't put five stars though, I'd be hearing from Great Secretary Jinping himself, and was almost tempted to put 4 just to see. That's essentially the reason I'm writing this review, as I typically don't unless something really either sucks or is fantastic.**EDIT** Dropped this down to 3 stars purely for the fact that I never received any free item as was promised for reviewing the product. Once they secured their 5 star initial review, they asked me to drop a portion of it because it was "too long". I didn't do that, because I don't modify reviews for gifts. I was contacted once after that to say that because I have an APO / DPO shipping address, that they would instead offer me a gift card balance on my account. That never happened to my knowledge.

My last earwax tool broke (different seller, different tool) so I needed to order another one. I really like how this one will not crack or break due to the material. I do wish the top was not flat, though. It would be nicer if it was curved.

My ears don't feel as clean as when I used a q-tip. I wouldn't purchase again.

I was a little skeptical after reading some of the lower reviews, but the good reviews seemed to outweigh the bad. No regrets. You just have to find the right size that fits your ear canal and you are in business. I like that they included the hypoallergenic tools to have another person assist in removing stubborn wax in the ear canal. These implements are just like what my doctor uses.

False advertising. The large and is bigger than a Q-tip and the small and although appears to be the same size as a Q-tip is not. A Q-tip is incredibly soft in easily enters the year and is very fluffy. These are made out of not very soft rubber and they hurt and I can’t get them in my child’s year without her crying, so I tried it in my ear and it hurt like heck

well, I wasn't sure if it would work or not, as my ear canals are small. But I was shocked that it worked the first time, and shocked at what came out...I highly recommend this product, and now to get my q-tip using husband to try the other one, that came in the set.... Thank you
