This bed frame is gorgeous! It arrived in a decent amount of time (didn’t feel painfully long) and was in perfect condition. As others have mentioned, the wood is definitely darker in real life than it is in pictures, but we didn’t mind that. I think it allowed for more contrast between the colors of the bed and the paint color of the walls. It was very easy to put together - except that one of the nuts that came with the bed was not threaded so my husband had to go to the hardware store and buy another that would work.

I love the style, still waiting to put together. I bought bed used. Only description from Amazon was previous customer returned due to damaged box. Well I thought why not, the why not is head board reaks, it's been two weeks airing, smell horrible, as far as need box springs not true. Previous bed has same set up, just re in force and put a good board on top. I will give this bed 5 stars it's gorgeous, true French country. The smell is going away slowly, still a work in progress

My husband and I love this bed. I was nervous buying such a large piece of furniture online, but there’s no need for worry here. The bed is very sturdy, no odd creeks or noises (even with our little ones jumping on it) and looks elegant and expensive in the room. Have had numerous compliments on it.

it’s a beautiful bed but BEWARE that it is way to close to the ground to be able to store anything underneath I mean 3 inches above the ground. My sliding plastic containers to store things did not fit. We bought this for our apartment that has barely any space and if I knew I wouldn’t be able to store anything wouldn’t have bought this. Ended up buying some little “lift” things to put under the legs to make it higher but this is a nice quality looking bed and the lifts make it look cheap plus I have to buy extra lifts for the pegs under the bed in the middle...of you plan to store anything under your bed this isn’t the bed for you.

This bed is quality. Don’t let the cheap price fool you, I honestly can’t tell the difference between this and a restoration hardware bed. It’s heavy wood and super quality. We are very pleased!
