Ice retention- I filled it 3/4 full with ice cubes- half were unmelted at 24 hours (see photo) in 75 degrees and all were melted at 48 hours.Quality- rubberized outside isn't bad but the lining inside is held on by a sort of flimsy tape that started peeling off on the first use! Definitely won't hold up very long with regular use. Way too cheap quality to justify the $99 price tag. Zipper is very difficult to open and close- a tube of grease is included but I didn't keep the cooler long enough to use it.All in all I'd skip this product.

This product comes with scotch tape at the seams, so I may have received a used damaged product. Additionally the zipper is incredibly hard to open. I greased it as other reviewers suggests and it’s still very difficult. Also adding grease to something is not a real solution, grease just gathers dirt and eventually makes it even harder to use. The outside is rubbery looking, not particularly attractive.

I spent a lot of time researching cooler bags and decided to go with KOMEX SOFT COOLER. The cooler is nice looking, sturdy, does not leak, but they say it holds ice up to 72 hours. I only opened my cooler twice a day and it was stored in a cool place and NOT OUTSIDE and the ice barely lasted 24 hours.Needless to say I was extremely disappointed and ended up returning it. The reviews that claim they get 72 hours of ice retention I have no idea how they do, after 24 hours mine is full of 100% water.

I purchased this for our weekend camping. It did an excellent job for 50 hours camping with 83 degrees outside temp.Half bag of ice and 20 cans can fit in it with no issue. The material is high quality, doesn't sweat at all. And the zipper is smooth. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I love this bag. It’s large, but is easy to carry.i take it to the beach! It can keep all food and drink cood！so nice！
