Good value for the money
Bought three of these rolling shelving units to start a utility room renovation project. Removing fixed shelves and cabinets and replacing with these rolling carts and various size storage boxes. The quality of these shelves is excellent; they are sturdily constructed, they roll easily, and should give many years of service. The unit comes in a single cardboard box about 36"x18"x10" in size and weighing 58 lbs. The box is marked team lift and, between its weight and awkward size, it really is - especially if you are moving multiple units from curbside to downstairs like I did - by myself. Don't do that if you can get help. Assembly is an easy one person job. Read the instructions carefully. The first unit is slow going as you get familiar with handling the components and assembly steps. Subsequent unit assembly will be much faster. The unit comes with the option to build it as a stationary unit with adjustable legs or as a rolling cart. Please note that there is a considerable difference in weight per shelf limits between the two options (800 lbs/shelf stationary, 120 lbs/shelf rolling). This is due to the limitations of the solid rubber wheels. Unit height on wheels is about 6'8". It will roll through a standard interior door as long as nothing is on the top shelf. The only tool you will need to supply is a box cutter/sturdy sharp knife to open the box and cut zip ties. A stamped wrench is provided in the box for tightening the legs or wheels. I also bought the recommended shelf liners. They are thick gauge flexible plastic and do the job in closing off the gaps in the open wire shelves.

I finally gave in to the fact that the unit must have been pretty smashed somewhere along the line
Rack arrived and I had trouble putting it together. I immediately noticed that one of the "round" post holes on one of the shelves was not round but somewhat smashed. But figured, well, I"ll put it on top. But as I started to assemble, it was relatively hard to get the shelves down over the posts. I should have stopped but persisted. Needed a rubber mallet to help get the shelves down over the shelf locking pieces. When it was all put together it wobbled. One of the casters was probably 1/4" off the floor. I finally gave in to the fact that the unit must have been pretty smashed somewhere along the line. Made in China, I don't know if it happened on its way to the U.S., or whether it happened in shipping to me. You couldn't tell by the box, but the thing had to have been compressed in some major way. The "round" post hole is VERY thick metal. There is a support line for Trinity. I called and was greeted immediately by a friendly voice. Her name was Misty. She immediately told me that she could replace the shelf with the non-round hole. Stability was another issue and she said she'd have a warehouse person contact me to see if there was a fix for it. Meanwhile, you need to know that with this (as with many Amazon items) you have a choice of who you are buying from. In this case you could buy it on Amazon with Trinity as the seller, or you could buy it from Amazon with Amazon as the seller. Amazon was $10 less. So who wouldn't do it from Amazon? Turns out this makes a difference and I'm betting with some sellers they'd MAKE you deal with Amazon (who I'm sure would take it back since this was day 2 of 30 day return policy). And I'd have to ship it back... A big heavy thing in a box that is now not so sturdy. I didn't hear from the warehouse person so next day I called Misty with an idea. As it turns out, I live only 30 miles from Trinity (!). I said what if I just take it all apart, put the pieces in the car and drive it over. She said for a straight return? I said yes. She said, sure. So while this was really an Amazon sale, Misty was perfectly willing to get it all straightened out, no muss, no fuss, no bureaucratic nonsense. Off I went, and other than trying to find the right address in a nondescript warehouse complex, all went perfectly. Misty greeted me as I came in. We stacked up the old pieces on a cart and took them in while someone brought out a new box. I get home and this time the thing went together without any problem and was as stable as anything on casters is going to get (it also comes with leveling feet if you don't want to roll it around). So some advice. If you buy this (or probably any of the similarly designed shelves), if it seems difficult to get the shelves onto the poles, consider that it might have been subtly bent somewhere. If you have to force the thing together, it isn't right. And, as long as Trinity employs great people like Misty and gives them the power to just fix a problem, consider buying it from Trinity. I was lucky that I lived nearby, otherwise I would have had to do the return thing with Amazon. The rack is exactly as shown. The hardest part of assembly was just me trying to decide at what height I wanted to put each shelf, as you can set them basically at 1" intervals up and down the posts. A rubber mallet can come in handy to seat the shelves a bit, but not required.

Amazing purchase
I purchased three of these during Christmas, at a really reasonable price. They were really easy to assemble, heavy duty, and really sturdy. The shelves are adjustable. However, you have to disassemble the shelves above the one you want to adjust. So, plan accordingly. The wheels are the larger, heavy duty kind, and lock securely. The box also comes with hanging hooks and an additional side bar, which I found very useful. I also purchased the clear shelf liner, to prevent small things (nuts, screws, tools, etc.) from slipping through the wire shelves. I bought these to replace my non rolling shelves because termite trails were discovered behind my old shelves. The house has been treated. But, now I can easily roll these away from the wall and check for termites. These also make it easier to clean the garage of leaves, dust, and debris. Great find and purchase.

Durable product, solid construction.
This thing is built tough, designed to last. One of my shelves had actually taken damage. It looks like another shelf box impacted my box, denting one of my shelves, very conspicuously. Regardless, the shelf did not change shape from the impact, and was assembled just fine. A testament to the solid construction and quality of fabrication involved. Highly recommend this product for a inexpensive high-impact and durable storage solution. Update 1: We have 5 of these units now. All of them were easy to assemble. Takes about 15 minutes each. They are super strong, sturdy, and on casters, nearly effortless to move around, even loaded down. Perfect for organizing my basement / garage.

Nice rack
LOL. But seriously now, this is a really nice rack. Very sturdy, easy to put together, holds quite a lot. The casters seem to be very good quality. They glide effortlessly on the floor. The racks are very well made. I have two of these in my pantry, and I put all of my small appliances on them, plus normal pantry items. They hold the microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. They pull out of the pantry when I need to clean below them. Very, very nice. The only drawback -- the wires in the rack make it impossible to hold small, narrow items. Problem solved with a placemat or something like that. One recommendation -- when putting them together, tap gently, and I mean gently, on the shelves where they meet the shelf stay. The stays tend to slip while putting it together. But once it's all together and loaded down with pantry goods, the stays stay where you put them.

Poor customer support
The shelving unit as a whole seem good, but the customer support is lacking. Upon receiving and unboxing the shelves, I discovered that one was bent. I opened a ticket for the damaged shelf with the manufacturer. Fast forward several weeks and the manufacturer still has not responded or contacted me regarding the damaged shelf, even after multiple requests for an update. So while the shelves themselves seem decent, the support from the manufacturer when you do have a problem is pretty poor.

Nice quality but not perfect.
These are nice quality shelving systems and I would buy them again. That said, of the 3 units we purchased, two of them had burrs in crucial threaded joining pieces that had to be addressed before we could secure the upright pieces together. The materials all seem to be high quality and they assemble easily without much fuss. The casters are high quality and should easily support any amount of weight you can put on the supports. There are two locking wheels that you want to be sure to install on a single side of the frame. I would suggest a short side, as that is presumably the way you will push them around - from one short end. One of the features I appreciate is the side bar that allows you to hang things off the side of the frame. This is a new feature I haven't seen before in shelves like this and I've put together a fairly wide variety of them over the years. If you're looking for warehousing shelves, these are a good option to consider, depending on the price point at which you invest. We got lucky and found them for under $70 each here on Amazon and we'll be watching to see if the prices dips again as we could use a few more. I'm happy with the quality and ease of assembly. There's not doubt that they will last a long time. All the tools you need are provided except that a rubber mallet is very nice to have on hand to level the shelves and make sure they seal down on the support clips.

Nice product!
The cheap plastic shelving racks that I bought a few years back are all sagging in the middle and they look quite flimsy, so I purchased six of these to replace them. These are made in China but are nice, heavy-duty wire shelving racks, and the included 4-inch casters made them even better for my own needs. Most other brands come with 3-inch casters, or no wheels at all. I found no problems with the chrome finish on any of the racks that I received. All six shelving racks were assembled in about 2.5 hours and that with me taking my leisurely time at putting them together. The only tool needed for assembly is a small wrench that is included with the product. Note that at around 60 pounds shipping weight, each rack is shipped separately. During the shipping process, some of the shipping boxes were slightly damaged and beat up, but the racks themselves are heavy-duty enough that none had damage. The distance between shelves for these racks is highly adjustable and they will hold plenty of weight without bending in the middle, although I suspect they would give a bit if you were to put extreme weights on them. They are rated as follows: "Weight capacity on wheels (evenly distributed): 160 lbs. per shelf / Weight capacity on feet levelers: 800 lbs. per shelf" I won't hesitate to buy these again should I need more wire racks, and do highly recommend them to others.

Look Great+Strong=Excellent value!
These shelves look great! They are also very strong, stable an easy to assemble. The wheels (Casters) that are included are well built but not necessary to install if you don't plan on moving the shelf, steel feet with rubber caps are included. A rubber mallet is handy for building and changing shelf height. I like fully adjustable shelf placement, but I wish that the 36" shelf came with 6 shelves like the 48" Trinity rack that I have. Overall, an excellent value! Highly recommended!

Sturdy
I checked out several brands of shelving before trusting the majority of reviews and going with this one. Not disappointed (so far). The instructions were excellent and I had the unit set up within 25 minutes (and a lot of that time was due to the unpacking process). The box did not arrive damaged, the pieces were all there (and also not damaged), and everything fit together perfectly. I was initially going to order two of these for my craft/storage room but thought I'd better go with one in case it didn't pan out. I will now be ordering a second one. Only time will tell how well it hold up but based on how sturdy it is and on everything I've seen and experienced so far I am expecting great things from this product.

Great!
Arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. Easy enough to put together by myself and seems pretty heavy duty.
