Will definitely buy again. the reduced salt makes it smoother and slightly less intense. I actually find it easier to spread thinly on toast, and it pairs beautifully with butter.If you’re a longtime Vegemite fan or someone easing into it, this is a great choice. Same character, just a little kinder on the palate. It is made from yeast extract, mineral salt, humectant, malt extract, standard salt, caramel color, and added B-vitamins. Just a little on a cracker or toast is best.

Even though it's "salt reduced" it's still very salty!

I tried this for the first time spread thinly on toast...and a rice cake...and loved it. I love salty and savory flavors, so I thought I might like this. I am type 1 diabetic and need all the B vitamins I can get, since diabetics tend to be low in zinc, magnesium and B . This will be another help!

I was eager to try a lower sodium Vegemite but I was disappointed in the flavor. It seems to have sort of a weird aftertaste that I can't get past. I know that sounds weird given the strong flavor of regular Vegemite, but it's true. I wouldn't purchase it again and in fact just ordered some of the regular kind and threw this one out. I'm sorry it didn't work I was hoping it would.

Good flavor and taste,less salt.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. After hearing about the high salt content of original Vegemite, I wanted get something that I could enjoy frequently without worrying about salt consumption. My purchase of this product gave me just that. It has the same great taste of original Vegemite, but I feel good about eating it. My only complaint is that the jar arrived a little beat up. The label had some tears, and there were a few nicks in the jar itself. However, the Vegemite itself was untouched and unharmed, so I couldn't in good conscience give this product any less than 5 stars. I do have a jar of original Vegemite in my pantry, which I do plan to keep eating on occasion, but this reduced salt version will be my staple Vegemite.

Very slightly different taste but happy about the reduced sodium

Tastes exactly like vegemite should, it just has less salt so people who watch their salt intake can still enjoy it.

Tastes ok but very healthy and the salt reduces is even better.
