I was skeptical about this but it works perfectly. The only downside is you can't wake up your switch with this model. Not a dealbreaker because of the light attributes. It fits my 8-year-olds hands perfectly (now 10 years old) He plays all day between charges. It's a way cheaper option to buy for him to play with a friend than buying another Nintendo switch handset.So far it has survived several hard drops and still works like new. I highly recommend and should it fail I will update my review.It's been 2 years and it's still going strong, the Turbo button does not aid in games like Fortnite.

With Covid we finally got a Switch to occupy more at home time. To save a few bucks we thought we'd try an off brand pro controller. We did have to order 4 other brands before getting to this one. Others had a difficult time connecting to our Switch and 2 of them had major lag issues - this one doesn't!PROS- Connects easily and quickly to the Switch.- No lag in game play.- Battery life is great. We have three of these and they last through several hour gaming rounds. If one dies we just plug it in with a usb c cable on top, but rarely do we have to do that.- Pretty comfortable to hold. I'd say it is a cross between a xbox and ps4 controller. I've never held an official Nintendo pro controller to compare this to.- Sooooooop much more comfortable to play Zelda and Mario Kart with than the little Itty bitty switch controllers.CONS- Timing is key as you have to power on the Switch and get the controller connected before either one times out. It doesn't lose its pairing, but the Switch has a shorter time frame before it turns off and when turning the controller on it only searches for 20 seconds or so before powering off. While I know this is done for power saving reasons, it sometimes is a bit annoying when you don't make it in time.

Feels great and comfortable in my hands. Battery lasts a long time and the latency is so small that it's hard to even notice. There is a learning curve with connecting to the switch, and because it's wireless it's nice to not have the wire in the way but it doesn't automatically connect the majority of the time.

this controller is pretty nice for the price! Battery life is good as well as charge time. It's also extremely light, and surprisingly durable, The buttons and the sticks are also sturdy and they feel good to use. For casual gamers, this should be what you buy instead of the proper pro controller, but for people who want to use this for fighting games look elsewhere, the d-pad is very rough and the stick's range of motion is too large to do special moves consistently without messing them up.

After 3 failed attempts at buying controllers on Amazon 4th time is the charm for me. I wanted something that felt like I was holding my Switch Lite with the buttons all in the same place and this is perfect!! The handles and how it feels in my hand is very very comfortable. I wanted something I could use playing Animal Crossing when I wanted to give my hands a break from holding the device. Again I’m loving this controller a lot!

This controller works perfectly for the switch. We had to send back our joy con controllers cause of lag issues, but needed a good quick cheap replacement. These worked perfectly. My only complaint is they are a little loud when hitting buttons.

A quality controller for half the price of the name brand one! I have to say, this controller will save you a pretty penny AND impress you with its quality. A bit lighter than the original NS controller, but it is built well. Battery life is good and uses USB-C. The feel is a bit different so it will take some time getting use too. A happy purchase!
