5000g,0.01g Electronic Balance (200-5000g Optional)

I bought this scale a year ago and didn't use it much until recently. Soon after I started using it regularly it stopped turning on. I checked the adapter, tried using a battery, and no luck. I reached out to customer service and let them know because I was still within the 1 year from purchase date ( by only a month ) and so still under warranty. They responded within a day or two and they sent a brand new scale free of charge. It just arrived and works flawlessly. Only time will tell but I think this one will last much longer than the previous. They really do seam to be nice scales and very accurate too.

I’m very annal when it comes to my dog’s diet amount. If he is too active one day I will increase his meal by one ounce. If he lay around all day then I will decrease his meal by an ounce. This scale gave me the chance to measure everything without sacrificing my pockets. One of my Cane Corso eats about 43 oz of raw food for breakfast and about 40 oz for dinner. So I like to keep track so I don’t over feed for the next day work.

I love the look of it! I could NOT get it to calibrate 100%, so I had to spend more money to buy calibration weights of 500g and 2000g. The 2000g calibrated it to PERFECT calibration, but when I put the 500g weight on it, it was about 7g off from perfect. I tried this about 15 different times on various days using 500g, 20g, and 50g weight, which NEVER did calibrate to the exact grams, in calibration mode or regular scale mode. I love the look of the scale and will get lots of use out of it, but wish it would calibrate perfectly with whatever gram weight I use. I am afraid this will mess up my formulation finished results when making my DIY skincare products.

I love the scale it does everything I wanted to however the battery is really hard to fit into the compartment and close the lid. I finally got it to shut but I'm afraid of trying to reopen it that something might snap.

I've only used the balance a few times, but it seems to work well. So far, I've used it to weigh letters to be mailed to make sure they're not too heavy for a single stamp, and for weighing packages to be shipped. I plan to use it for other purposes too but have as yet not had an occasion. So far, the balance is performing as intended. One feature I wish the balance had is the ability to calibrate it at multiple weights so that a calibration curve can be used.

I wish I could give this zero starts.It never could zero. I had to restart it for every part I needed to weigh. It was a huge waste of money and time.

This scale was easy to use, however, I don’t trust the accuracy of it. For the type of projects I work on I need accuracy and precision and this fluctuated too much for my comfort level. It may work for you.

Scale switches easily between units and unlike other scales doesn't auto shut off while you are working. Fantastic value.

The first item arrived damaged. The seller was very quick to replace and the second one works exactly as expected. The product is easy to use and once calibrated, produces consistent results. A quality seller and a good product.

Had this scale for just over a year, which is a decent time given that we use it multiple times a week. However, the plug began to heat up significantly and the scale stopped turning on yesterday. So, had to buy a new one.

Love this scale. I own a small skin care company and I needed a high precision scale. This one is perfect for me. Super sensitive to weight, which allows me to make better formulations. The customer service is incredible as well. I had a small issue with the scale in the beginning but it was resolved right away. I really recommend this scale and this company.
