The flavor is very good, comparable to other store brand mayos. The use of canola oil ingredient is a good source of variety of oils. It would be even better if it contained only egg yolks instead of both egg yolks and egg whites, since some nutritionists report that even though the egg whites are pasteurized, they're still raw which is considered by some to be a source of an allergy causer. Having searched the world over for the perfect mayo -non gmo organic soy oil, pasteurized organic egg yolks, Redmond salt, with a touch of organic hemp seed oil, looks like homemade will be the only option at this time! Could be worse!

This is alright, it tastes like oil but then again thats what mayo essentially is

I have tried a number of different brands of organic mayonnaise over the years. This has a very odd flavor, which doesn't stand up to ANY of the others I have used! Very disappointed with this one!

Not as I expected. Went back to my store brand.

I was leary but happily surprised. Use it mostly to make my ranch dressing.

Has a taste that I do not like at all Will not buy AGAIN
