Teslongs R-Built to commercial/industrial quality, and you will be "HAPPY" with your decision!
I own three models of the Teslong and one Autel borescopes. The first was the Autel MV400 and like the Teslong scopes it's nice since you can change and/or replace the camera probes (On the Teslong NTS300 and NTS500 and also the Autel MV400 models) if something happens or if you may want a different size/style/length of probe. Keep that in mind IF you are looking at your first Borescopes. Many are with a fixed probe and if something happens or you want a longer or smaller diameter probe you will be buying the entire borescope with that probe UNLESS you buy one that allows you to just change the probe cables (A big plus and saves you $$$). The Teslongs are one of the most user friendly and affordable industrial borescopes you can find with the probe swapping ability. The Autel is also the same quality but the screen on my older MV400 is not as sharp as the Teslongs, but the newer Autels like the MV460 & MV480 & MV500 is the same as the Teslongs as far as quality and High Definition Sharp Displays. The NTS-500 that I purchased came with the 5.5mm probe @ 3m or 9.8ft length. This is the perfect scope if you are doing home maintenance and/or mechanic work. The probe on mt NTS500 is also a double camera probe so you can switch from front to side to both view and see view both on the screen at one time if you decide. The 5.5mm probe and the length will let you cover almost anything you may want or need to view and IF not there is the option for a single camera probe @ 3.9mm with 1m or 3m lengths and/or a triple camera probe @ 8mm and up-to 16+ ft in length if you need. I have purchased MANY borescopes online. 90% will state that they give you a semi-rigid camera probe. You will find out as I did that those lower cost unit NEVER provide you with a probe cable that will allow you to bend the cable and have it hold the shape which is what a real semi-rigid scope probe will allow you to do! Every low-cost borescope I have purchase and then returned, because the so-called semi-rigid probe was exactly like a piece of nylon rope or over cooked spaghetti (Limp and in no way could hold a curve or bend in the cable). Picture having a probe with a camera that is 36" or 10ft long and it's on the end of a piece of rope and you want to see into a wall or into an engine block (You will NOT be able to get the probe camera where you need it). The Teslong and Autel borescopes provide you with true semi-rigid probes that allow you to bend the cable as needed and HOLD the shape, to get the camera where you want/need it. The Teslongs are built to a commercial/industrial level of quality, and I have had both my original Autel and Teslong NTS300 for over 4 years and it is still providing the same performance as the first day I got them. You can look (AS I DID) but if you want a tool that will work as good 5 yrs. or 10 yrs down the road, as the day you bought it, then look at the Teslong or Autel scopes and you will not be unhappy with your decision! The 9.8ft long probes also are the best length, that will allow you to get where you need with the camera. There may be different circumstances where you may want or need a longer/shorter or smaller/larger diameter probe. With the Teslongs and the NTS and some other models, you will have the option to get another probe without paying for another monitor!

Teslong NTS 500
I ordered the Teslong NTS500 dual lens borescope with a 5 inch HD IPS screen, front and side view camera, 0.21 inch probe, and the 9.8 ft waterproof semi-rigid cable back in August and have been really impressed with it so far. I have used it for several projects already - one them really required a borescope as there was no other way to do the inspection right. I had to get in a narrow area between the cylinder block and the firewall of my truck to see if I had signs of a coolant leak starting while I was still under warranty. It is a common problem in my model truck and usually would have shown up by now with the time and miles I have. Also, it is an expensive 8 hour job to repair at the dealer, so I wanted to be sure I had no problems (I donโt and probably wonโt if it hasnโt started to seep coolant already). The borescope made it easy to feed the probe in through the fender well behind the front wheel, through a small opening in the splash shield, past the exhaust manifold, and on up and over the bellhousing to have a look at the questionable coolant tube. From above you canโt even see the top of the coolant tube no matter what mirrors and other tricks you try, much less the bottom of the tube where you need to look. Separately I ordered the Teslong Dual Lens 3 ft. semi-rigid cable for the NTS300 / NTS500 Endoscope having 6 adjustable lights and a 0.31inch probe with front and side view cameras. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZCTRVPK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). This was the probe I used to inspect my truck. I was impressed by the clarity of the picture on screen and of the quality of the photos I took, the size of the screen itself, and the build quality of this borescope and the 3 ft accessory cable. The side view camera worked really well when I got to the area I needed to see and I could easily switch between the forward facing and side view cameras using the switch mounted at the attaching connector of both cables. Between the 3 foot and 9.8 foot cables I can do most of the types of automotive or household jobs I am usually faced with. For my purposes, these were well worth the money. One thing I wish this unit had is a replaceable battery. Nonetheless, I feel it was an excellent choice for me.

Great product, more useful than you could imagine!
I love this scope, im a mechanic and ive always used a shop snap-on one but my new shop didn't have one so i had to buy my own. i was always discouraged from buying one because they seemed so expensive but i thought this seemed pretty good id try it out. i am SO IMPRESSED with this scope. im sure theres other comparable ones but this thing is such a valuable tool. the scope end is as small as anything else out there with two angles which is great, i was very impressed by the picture quality, much better than most ones ive used that cost twice as much, the SD card feature is great which makes it simple to transfer files or just use the usb. takes video with audio as well which is nice. the length of the cable is great because while it doesn't matter for most things i've found this incredibly useful in my house as well and for doing electrical/plumping. great to use for hard to see things you generally wouldn't think you need a camera for but when you have it it just becomes easy to get a look at anything in any place. i love this thing and would recommend it to anyone.

Right balance between price and quality
What I like: -Teslong does a great job of packaging the product and including a quality manual. -The screen is higher resolution than what is otherwise available. -Additional camera probes are available and Teslong has been around long enough to expect them to continue to be available. -No glitchy/hacked app required for my phone. -Controls are simple and straightforward -Camera probe appears high quality and has a just flexible enough metal housing -Probe size is great and includes two cameras! What I don't like: -Cost appears higher at first, but once compared to what else is on the market, the product has a higher resolution, better build quality, and actual support. I like this product, it took a lot of research to find a solution amongst the sea of choices. Teslong adds value by supporting the product, which differentiates it from the competitors. Good luck trying to figure out a different camera option for some of these other choices on Amazon. I'll update my review if I run into any issues, but I don't suspect I will.

ABSOLUTELY recommend this Camera!
I have been doing HVAC for 16 years and have been using an inspection camera for about 6. I just replaced my old broken one with this Teslong NTS500 and was worried because I really liked my old camera. I tired cameras that my fellow technicians had and hated pretty much all of them. I just used my new one today for the first time and Iโm in love! The picture quality is incredible (the picture I took of the screen doesnโt do justice for how clear it really is). Itโs very easy to use and holds its shape to get into hard to reach areas. Taking pictures and videos to show the homeowner is VERY helpful for discussing issues with their system, and helps them to see whatโs going on clearly and making you look even more professional. The side camera is a GAME changer and soooo helpful in several situations. The clarity up very close to the camera is amazing for those tight spaces as well. I highly recommend this camera to technicians, especially HVAC/automotive technicians who do service and diagnosing. Worth EVERY PENNY, you will love it!

Very nice & quality made dual lens endoscope!!!
So far i like this Teslong NTS500 Dual Lens Endoscope. Iโve only used it once to see a burned exhaust valve in my Volvo S60. It worked well although it is a little grainy. Really liked the 90 degree lens which helped to see the valve. LED light is bright. Also battery capacity seems to be very good. Only thing i wished came with it besides a usb cable to charge would have been a outlet to plug into a wall socket. Seems to be made with quality in mind.

Great scope!
Great scope, has two angles of view which comes in handy, I have used around the house and in car engine repairs. It has a good battery life. Definitely worth the money!

All my old Endoscopes are for sale now! 5mm & 8mm probe tested at my garage
I had searched some days for a good endoscope for a good price after a youtuber used a highend endoscope for over >1000 Euro (too much for me)....but I wanted something similar Finally after comparing specs enough, I ordered the Teslong NTS500 here from germany (reason for my english) Oh yes.....haptics, screen, foto&video-quality.....everything far better than my old endoscopes - see high resolution Video (YT: Teslong NTS500 Endoscope 5&8mm Probe Real-Test) But first things first: I have ordered booth - 5mm & 8mm, because I have to check my engines (5mm prefered) and also at house sewers etc (8mm) Booth have dual-lenses with LEDS on booth sides...the 5mm have a little better Focus for near objekts...the 8mm on the other side have tools (hook&magnet) for getting some stuff out of small spaces. Software/Manual/Build quality - everything nice The 32GB SD-Card is a little bit tricky to remove.....but I dont need to change it...so first-world-probs ;-) You can easily plug the NTS500 with the USB-cable inti your PC for fast Datatransfer. Everything is fine and the price is low enough for saturday mechanics like me Very happy with it. Go for it!

1000% better than SnapON

Just Awesome!
As an automotive technician I have used many borescopes over the years for diagnosing engine concerns. This has been the best borescope I have ever used. Best features are the 32gb micro SD card it comes with. The length of the probe. The hard plastic case it comes in and the buttons over a touchscreen. Why, as a tech, would I want to have a touchscreen with oily greasy hands?? Just as an insight, the SnapOn dual camera setup is $1000, touchscreen and comes in a cardboard box with a plastic form liner.

Great
Works great, good quality image for the size of camera. Focus is pretty great as well. Used it to snake through some walls, so the 10-ft cord is very handy. If i were to buy it again, i'd go for the larger screen though. 5" is just barely a cell phone these days, but once you start going in the wall, getting orientation figured out is always a challenge on small screens.
