Daisy Pink Lever‑Action .177 BB Rifle- Youth Model- 350 FPS

OK, first thing to keep in mind. This is not a hunting gun, it is also not a match rifle. I have read reviews about people that have unrealistic expectations on what this should be able to do. My first gun was a daisy red rider (this is the same gun but with a pink stock) and it is basicaly the same gun that i got 50 years ago. The main difference between mine and the new model is I had a plastic stock with a metal lever and now the come with a wood stock and a plastic lever and trigger (as well as a safty). After shooting it i was able to forgive the plastic as it worked fine. I got it as a first gun for my granddaughter and she loves it. She is able to hit soda cans at 15-20ft constantly after I taught her the proper way to hold it and use the sights. It does what it is designed to do extremely well. If you are looking for a gun to plink with in the 10-25ft range this is a blast. It is also the perfect nonleathal option for guarding the bird feeder from pesky squirrels. Just be aware that this fires steel bb's that will ricochet and you must wear safety glasses. I have several other pellet rifles (that cost several hundred dollars) that I shoot regulary and are both more accurate and powerful, but I am ordering a second Daisy for myself for when shooting with the grandkids. This is probably the best 25 bucks I have ever spent.

Its light and easy to cock so teaching marksman ship is much easier on beginners. This is perfect for kids or smaller adults. I bought this for my mom she likes to come over and shoot my pellet guns with me sometimes but she has so much trouble with holding it up while aiming and she cant cock any of them. But this thing is perfect she has no trouble at all and her accuracy has improved so much since she can hold it up without struggling. PERFECT learning rifle.

Bought this for My Grandaughter who is 7. She did not know until the night before we went shooting that she had a pink B.B. Rifle surprise. What we do is called "plinking" where we head out to my remote mill site and fire at anything and everything that makes a noise when hit. This is why we call it "Plink with Pink". Went with a Daisy based on owning one as a child myself and the fact that she loves everything pink. The day was spent plinking and shooting at a target range of cans, bottles, tin signs, full water bottles and shaken up coke cans. Her B.B.Rifle was a hit from the start and even though it was rather long for her size, it did not deter her from have a great time. I still have my Daisy Eagle from childhood and noticed a marked difference quality from back then to now but that is how most things are made anymore anyway. For the money, this is a great first time B.B.Rifle. As already anticipated, the cocking of the rifle for her was difficult so i did all that part and all she did was aim and fire. Really wish it had a scope and a shorter model length. I would personally buy same rifle again for her. I just bought the Red Ryder for my Grandson and know he will love that as well.

I bought this for my wife so she could join my son and I plinking in the back yard. It was a big hit! She enjoys it even more than my son enjoys his, and in an interesting twist, he keeps staling hers because he likes the sight more than the one on his Red Rider. This is basically the same (if not the same) model my dad got me when I turned six in 1981. The accuracy is pretty good (but not perfect) and the only complaint is the same I have for all Daisy BB guns in this line: loading the BBs always ends up in a mess; the loading gate is a little too small. No big deal, though. Would buy again, and I imagine my son will buy one for his child some day.

This is similar to the very first bb rifle I had as a child, and my daughter had been asking me to get her one, and she picked this out. Not only is it great quality and easy for her (11 years old) to use. It makes for some great daddy daughter time in the back yard. And that's the most important thing. The price was on point as well so that helps. All in all great first bb rifle.. also great to just have one of these around the house because it's always fun to go out back and hit a few cans now and then!
