Easy to digest
I’ve been on a low FODMAP diet for a while trying to figure out things I can eat without getting nauseous or bloated. A TON of protein shakes give me nausea, stomach cramps, bloating, etc. Even premier protein and orgain. I also have gastroparesis so some days are harder than others and sometimes I just need some liquid calories to get me through. This stuff is great for the money. I know it seems like a lot- I’m a broke a** b**** and I scrounged the $50+ for this in the hopes I can find SOMETHING that doesn’t ruin half my day with nausea or the dreaded bloat where people think I’m pregnant. This is it y’all. It doesn’t mess up my stomach in the least, and honestly the flavor is pretty solid. It’s not nearly as powdery or gritty as some I’ve tried, and in a pinch I’ve even had it with room temperature water at work and it wasn’t all that bad. I saw some reviews about it being difficult to mix but with a blender bottle and the metal ball thing I have had no issues with mixing, especially if the liquid is put in first BEFORE adding the powder. The chocolate flavor is subtle without being too rich for frequent use, and it’s pretty yummy with almond and soy milk, as well as in a berry smoothie. I’m super happy with this purchase, and if you have a lot of dietary restrictions I’d say this is a pretty safe bet.

Good protein shake
I am on the low FODMAP elimination diet for IBS and fructose intolerance. This was recommended by my FODMAP support group. It is quite tasty, mixes well in just a shaker and not grainy. It is much less sweeter than other commercial protein powders, but I am sure when I add fruit, it will be a lot sweeter. My container did not include a scoop, I will have to figure out how many tablespoons the scoop would contain, if I had one

Good value
The price point is excellent compared to others I have tried. The biggest bonus is it is Low Fodmap friendly. It took a few times to get used to the flavor of stevia, but not a bad taste. I mis with a few blueberries, a tablespoon of almond butter and a cup of almond milk. I stay satisfied for several hours. I will try the chocolate next time.

Fan for years
I've been a fan of stellar labs protein for years. I've had digestive issues for years and this is not only the protein I can tolerate but also one of the best tasting ones I've found. I think I prefer to vegan over the regular in flavor, but this has less sodium. Can't go wrong either way with chocolate or vanilla.

Not Low-fodmap!
Ive been on a low-fodmap diet for 2 years due to SIBO, and I've been slowly adding fodmaps back into my diet. I thought I'd try this shake because of the price and it was listed as low-fodmap (despite the reviews that said its not low-fodmap) and I've been doing better with more higher fodmap foods. This shake set me backwards and I had to go back on a highly restricted low-fodmap diet because of these shakes. Since they are whey based, they are not low-fodmap. Whey is a high fodmap food. So, if you need to be low fodmap, stay away from these shakes.

No longer worth it
I liked the quality of the item and the fact that it contains Stevia, it was at a good price when it was $27.95, which equated to $1 per serving. Now they increased the price by almost 50% to $39.95 (how is that justified!), it is no longer worth it. There are alternatives just as good at a lower price per serving.

My Life Saver and Go-To!
This is my go-to. I have gastroparesis, as well as FODMAP restrictions...which means two different types of diet restrictions to follow. Not only is this protein powder low FODMAP for sensitive intestines, but it's perfect for gastroparesis as well (liquids easier to digest than solids, etc...)! I add a scoop to 8oz of lactose-free, skim milk, and it's perfect! It takes shaking it up in my blender bottle QUITE a bit, if I want it creamy and not clumpily-mixed. But that's okay, it's worth it! My nutritionist even recommended a different FODMAP-friendly protein shake that she likes more, but it was way more expensive, and I am just gonna stick with what I already know and love, and that is more reasonably-priced. I highly recommend Stellar Labs!

Great Protein Powder for Those With IBS
Switched from BSN's Syntha 6 to this after I started getting stomach problems after my daily protein shake. Did a lot of research on protein powders safe for those with IBS. Been using this product for around 8 months with no issues. Great flavor, high serving of protein without a lot of the fillers/sugar usually associated with other brands. Highly recommend for those with IBS or gastro issues.
