Silly Question.....does this come with a workout dvd or are there videos on YouTube?

It does not come with a work out DVD. I have had a Vew Doo Balance Board for about 4 years and love it. I just got this one for my grandson, their whole family uses it. You can just go on you tube if you really think you need a video.

What is the return policy if it’s really too challenging for our family?

try it on carpet first, it's very easy to balance

Nah the board is roughly 30" long (typical modern skateboard dims) and 8.75" wide

what is the weight limit

not sure because we got it at Salvation army without any instructions, but it is this brand and my husband is 235 lbs and it holds him fine.
