The liner locking system (a metal sheet within the handle) flexes to keep the drop point blade open. Thumb stud is reversible and has a rubber tip. The handle is titanium with a blue and black G-10 piece for comfort.Columbia River combined a blade of premium ACUTO 440 stainless steel in a frost finish, with titanium handles, hard anodized in a silver/gray bead blast finish, completed by contoured G10 blue/black scales. A stainless steel locking finer and teflon plated stainless steel pocket clip completes the package-identified, of course, by Viele's trademark triple blade holes. Ifs a remarkable personal knife, suitable to collect, yet affordable enough to carry daily.
