Nice cat tree! Easy to put together. Adequate size for our chubby kitty. Happy with our purchase.

This tower was relatively easy to put together, but parts would have been easier with two people. It's fairly stable and steady. The top "napping" spot with the hanging ball likes to move (probably courtesy of the cat) but stays on, so is fixable - I just tighten the bolt every few days. The best part, however, is how much my cat loves this! She uses the scratching posts, plays with the ball, and naps on both the open spaces higher up. I don't often see her in the hiddey-hole, but she has used it too, so overall, a win!

So disappointed. I have pictures of 1. Rips in hood. 2. Furry surround falls down. 3. Weight of cat on top is not supported a enough and platform leans. 4. The screwholder in platform came out and there was no way to secure the hooded part to the platform. 5. One screw had no space in the head to insert the allan key.

My cat Oliver absolutely loves his cat tree! What I really thought that he’d love the most was the hide away but he seemed scared of it. I started putting treats in there and a little catnip and now he likes that too. His favorite place is the top perch so he can look out the window and then he naps on it for hours!The assembly was very easy, it took me about 15 minutes. It’s very sturdy and stable, I’m very pleased with this purchase! Also, the price is right too when you compare it to what you find in the stores.

The installation instructions were pictures only but with some experimenting you can figure out how to assemble the cat tree. If the parts were labeled like the parts list that would have helped a lot. We had one part (part C) missing. I emailed the supplier as instructed on the instructions but received no response so I returned the cat tree for a refund.A week after emailing the supplier they responded apologizing for the problem. They did send me another cat tree which had all the parts. Thanks for your eventual response and a complete product.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. Our cat was exploring it even before it was finished beingassembled. Nice little variety of places to hide and explore. Sissle scratching posts are a nice feature.

As soon as it was assembled, my cat knew it was for her. She immediately used the scratching posts and has slept on the top platform. She seems to like it a lot and I'm happy I got it for her.

The screw to put the two pieces together was not long enough. We had to use three of our own to get it to be stable. The fabric is thin and was pulling away from one edge already. It will not last long.
