What glue do these come filled with

Did you not come filled with any glue. They are simply the syringes that you can use for a variety of glues.

Do these come with caps to avoid glue drying out? If not, are caps available?

Mine didn't so I used stick pins on the end so the glue didn't dry out

I’m not sure what you mean, but if you mean the orange needle part, it twisted off for me.

Will these handle yellow wood glue a/k/a Elmer’s wood glue or Titebond or are those too thick for this applicator?

I think wood glue would work just fine with these. The E6000 glue that I use in them is a very thick and they handle it just fine. You likely won't be able to get more than one or two uses out of them though.

Expensive for single use item

These work very well for B 6000 glue and rhinestoning. Things to keep in mind: -One time use and difficult to refill because the glue is pesky -dispenses glue precisely, but you'll need to scrape it off on the surface you're gluing to get it off -some glue will leak out when you're not using it, leading to some glue waste

Great for rhinestones

Great product to use for rhinestoning with use of E600. These are not reusable if used with strong glue. They are the perfect size to do one costume.
