SupaHome2 X Corn on the Cob Holders Forks - Pack Of 12

Spurred on by the appearance of ears of sweetcorn in the farmers markets, I thought we needed proper corn on the cob holders so ordered these. They are disappointingly flimsy and not nice to hold. One of those purchases best seen in theflesh rather than ordered on line, as the photos make them look like just what is needed.

Of the 12 pack of these we bought recently, only four remain intact. We don't eat huge amount of corn on the cob, so I'd guess they typically last for two or three meals before breaking, leaving sharp metal spikes poking out of the corn. I'd much rather pay for something substantial, but sadly it appears that anything sturdy has been squeezed out of the market by cheap and fragile junk.

Thought they would be bigger than they were, so a little fiddly when holding them as an adult. However do the job and would be fantastic for kids to use as small and once in the corn nice and sturdy.

Wasnt hugely impressed with the quality as 2 snapped after just a couple of uses, although cant complain too much for the money and still have 10 left which is plenty for our family of 4.

These are a great replacement for my previous corn holders which gradually broke, one by one. They do the job perfectly.
