I bought a bunch of these lights as accent decorations for my wedding, and I'm very pleased with the value and appearance. Six have arrived so far, all in perfect condition: nice and bright, with all bulbs working. I was worried based on the pictures that the stars might look tiny and cheap, but in-person their small size actually makes the lights rather classy, and the dots on them give a sort of frosted glass effect.The only downside for me is that, because the lights take three AA batteries, the battery compartment is quite large and not very attractive. So you have to figure out ways to hide it, if you care about that sort of thing.For anyone who might be unfamiliar with this style of battery compartment, as I was: slide the cover off sideways, away from the side marked "Open." If you do it right, the cover should come off with basically no force. Don't try to pry it upwards, as I spent several minutes doing!Finally, these lights get tangled super easily. I appreciate that the company sends them neatly packed in individual boxes. I recommend taking note of how they arrive and storing them the same way. I made the mistake of wrapping one up into a ball like I do with Christmas lights and spent forever straightening it out again.

the battery lasts about 48 hours is you use continuously but if you turn off when not using, they work perfect!! they are really light but the point of the stars are kinda pointy and sharp not a dull point so they wouldn't be good to ad to a balloon arch / decor

Great lighting but the hard part is untangling the lights but it could just be a me problem but overall, great lights!

I bought these for a baby shower and we couldn't even tell they were on. I tried them at home in a darker area and they are brighter but still a little dull. They are very cute though and priced right.

I was looking for battery operated lights to string across our wooden beams in our family room- These were perfect! The lightbulbs are a nice size (approx. 1” in diameter). They are frosted which provide a nice soft yellow glow. There are 8 styles of light patterns to choose from. You can control the lights by either the battery box (there’s a small button you can press & click on to choose whichever light pattern you want) or a user friendly remote control. If you hang multiple strings up, you can control all strings with one remote. Very convenient! So far, we’ve been using them for 3 days straight, roughly 10 hours a day & the battery power is still going strong. Great price, great quality. I highly recommend.

I had them for a year before I had to replace them, I used them for my guinea pigs so the reason I had to replace them was because they chewed on them.

The battery life was long and really made the project stand out.

This is a pretty string, with warm light. Perfect on a mantle, counter or little decorative tree. Unlike some of the other strings I ordered, I didn't need to spend an hour untangling it on arrival and the stars stay securely in place. Convenient, unobtrusive battery pack makes for easy placement anywhere. Recommended.

The lights are cute and just the right size for my fireplace mantle. However, the battery life is pretty short. I've had these on in the evening for the last 5 days and I can see the lights dimming before my eyes.I'd recommend getting rechargable batteries if your going to buy these.
