So comfortable and great chair!!!
I LOVE this chair. With the pandemic I had to replace my chair due to going from 50% work from home to 100% work from home. This is the one my boss recommended and now I know why!My only small complaint is I wish the arms locked into place. The rotate to the angle you like but I wish they locked there and wouldn’t move on a gentle nudge.Other than that this chair is great and so easy to assemble my almost three year old “helped”!

won't stay adjusted
While this chair has some great qualities like not being sturdy and not creaking, I have no choice but to give it the lowest possible rating because it will not stay adjusted. The lumbar cannot be locked in place so every time I lean back, it collapses and it does so suddenly enough to to tweak my back at times. The fact that I can't lock the lumbar adjustment in place and the adjustment method is so insecure it moves any time I sit in the chair makes this chair worthless to me. There's no point in making an adjustable chair that only stays adjusted if no one sits in it.

Failed in under a year
Back randomly stopped adjusting after 1 year of light usage. When I check under the chair, the adjustment cable seems loosely attached. No warranty information available. So I guess no option to get a fix? 1 star easily.

We bought this chair for everyone in the office.

Owned for 5 years....
So got this a few years back.. 4-5 years ago From another "office" vendor. This is my gaming/business chair. Game for 2-6 hours at a time, and business/entertainment 2-6 hours. So averaging 6-8 hours a day 7 days a week. Best money spent! JUST.... Get yourself some roller blade office chair wheels and you will melt your a** in this! The wheels go for around 20-25 on Amazon (another great investment!)
