This was one of the best things I bought for my small business the print is so good and it’s very easy to use in printer , and very easy to top it up

About the delivery, I have purchased it on the 25th morning, received an email after few hours, the printer has been dispatched, next day the printer was with me. I did not expected as the delivery showed August 2. About the printer, well forst tike I was a bit stressed, if I will be able to set the printer, but I have just installed the CD everything is working fine now. I have attached an image, it was just a quick try to make a mug, the colour was a bit light, then I had to set the printer preferences, change the colour settings and now the colour it's really nice, I hope the printer will work for long term, for now I would say it worth it, I am very happy with the printer.

Delivery was SUPER SPEEDY. The printer is amazing and incredibly easy to set up, (i felt like a little gadget nerd for five minutes) can easily be used over wifi or through cable connection. As an ancient historian by trade, technology help was to be expected, i contacted the Inkguys for help and they were so warm and friendly, I immediately felt less of an idiot. I feel like I would contact them again just to ask how things are going? Or invite them to sunday lunch with the family? Anyway, I will be going to them in the future for all my ink/paper/printer needs. Absolutely excellent. The Best. If i could give 5 billion stars I would.

When I received the printer it came broken. Wasn’t the seller issue though. I contacted them next they they arranged another one I sent it back and the next day received the other one. Then I set it up & didn’t find the right settings as I’m new to this. So I sent an email to the seller. And he/she explained how to do it. Super customer service seriously. Thank you so much for the help ♥️

This is my first sublimation printer and it is the perfect starter kit. It was super easy to set up as there were clear instructions provided. The print quality is excellent and my finished products look amazing! Fantastic support from the seller too. Highly recommended!

Bought this and it arrived the next day. Asked Ink Experts questions before purchase and they were very happy to answer fully. Excellent company to deal with and a nice product that produces good quality sublimation. A few hiccups with set up but nothing too stressful-mainly due to my own lack of IT skills. Only just beginning my sublimation journey but really happy with the printer.

Bought mine a while ago now used it maybe 10 times for minor projects and the print head seized up completely. Flushed it out several times looking at YouTube, printed probably 100 purge sheets and nothing. The print heads in these printers suck and obviously aren’t made for it. Shortly it’s going to meet my war hammer it’s about the only thing it’s good for now venting my anger and making a cool video 😂 Don’t waste your money it’s just £300 down the drain for something that isn’t fit for purpose.

Everything was so easy to set up prints brilliantly if I was to but another sublimination printer again ur would be this one
