サーレSというのとこちら両方使ったことがありますので比較します。まず、こちらの商品は、1袋で250mlの鼻うがい1回分の量の塩水が作れます。また、粒子が細かいので冷たい水にも溶けるのがとても早いです。結果、溶け残りがなく正しい濃度の塩水が作れるので、ツーンとしづらいです。サーレSのほうは、そもそもハナクリーンSという小さめの容器に合わせた商品になっているため1袋で150mlの塩水しか作れません。そのため、しっかり鼻うがいをするためには2袋を開けて300ml作る必要があります。頻繁に鼻うがいをする人は毎回2袋開けるのが結構手間に感じてしまいます。あとやや溶けにくいので、塩水の濃度が薄くなるためツーンとしてしまうことがよくあります。ミントの香りがついている、というのも好みが分かれるかもしれません。ナサリンはスウェーデンで開発されたものらしいですが、やはり海外製品の方が使いやすさや使用感が勝っているように自分は感じました。
