3D Star Wars Lamp -3 Patterns Night Light with Timing Remote Control and 16 Color Changing Decor lamp, Star Wars Toys Birthday for Boys Men Kids Fans

This lamp is really awesome! When I purchased it I wasn’t sure if it was going to live up to what the pictures showed but it definitely does, especially in the dark! The lights are so vivid and 3D! A great gift!

What a lamp this is! I got it for myself, but my son begged me for it to use in his room as a nightlight. Too bad because I really liked it in my room! I guess I’ll have to buy a 2nd one. This says it’s a Star Wars lamp, and mine came with a Tie Fighter and R2-D2, but it also came with a Starship Enterprise from the original TV series. Oddly enough, I think the Enterprise is the coolest design of the 3 due to it appearing to have the most 3d effect, but R2-D2 is cool too. The quality and sharpness of the lighting is perfect, and the lamp also feels very durable. The pieces aren’t glass , they’re acrylic so you don’t have to worry about it breaking and hurting yourself or your children. It probably is breakable, but not easily unless you’re actually trying to do it. The lamp lights up nice and bright, but can also be dimmed on the remote to your desired level. You can change the colour to most common colours, and even make it fade between all colours. There’s different colour switching modes are cool, but the fade is my favorite. You can have it run off 3 AA batteries or from a usb cable, but would need your own adapter. The colours shown on the remote are sometimes different from what it switches too, but no biggie. I bought this exact same item from another Chinese merchant doing business in the US. Both came with everything intact but both did not provide ANY instructions on HOW to remove the film backing on the acrylic plates. There's no tiny flap in any corner to get it started, like peeling off the plastic of a new phone or TV. The light brown paper backing is totally "flush" with the plate, so, even using a fingernail to try and get it started won't work. THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REMOVE THIS! I finally decided to take a razor blade and, very lightly, so as not to put a scratch on the plate itself, I put a small, superficial scratch on a very small spot on the backing away from the design on each plate. This was enough that I COULD use a fingernail to pull a bit of the film away and then the rest of it peeled away very easily. BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU TO DO THIS! They only tell you to remove it. It's printed on the film but not HOW. Other than this, it looks nice in a dark room! I especially like that the makers of these, (which are NOT HOLOGRAMS, in case you thought they were), mix space movie franchises and offer a couple of "Star Wars" related plates as well as The Enterprise from "Star Trek"!

Will work well for a May the Fourth display with nice colors. The backing was not easy to remove so I CAREFULLY took an envelope opener and slit it into the bottom of the disc covering just at the point where the disc would fit into the stand to get the backing started. Then, the remainder of it came off easily.

This lamp is really cool! It comes with a remote for power and to change the colors and modes. There are sixteen different colors and four different modes. The remote does feel a little cheap but as long as you take care of it there should no problems. It comes with three acrylic tiles that attach to a base. They are not loose at all after they are snapped into place. Two tiles are Star Wars ships and the other one is the Enterprise from Star Trek. I also like that you can plug it into an outlet or use batteries. The 3D effect makes the lamp, the farther away you are from the lamp the more you notice the 3D. It is pretty small to be a lamp but for a kid it would look good in their room. It does put out some light but not enough to be useful for more than a nightlight. I won’t use it as a lamp but I will display it because it is really neat. If you know a Star Wars or Star Trek fan it would be a great gift. The overall quality is good and I would recommend this item to family and friends.

So I bought this for a HUGE STAR WARS FAN. Because im usu a ll, not fully knowledgeable of Star Wars. However upon receipt, my frien informed me that "the enterprise" was from Star Trek, not Star wars. Disappointing to say the least
