Aquastrength Aquatic Exercise Equipment – Pool Water Weights, Barbell, Bells & Resistance Fins

These are great paddles. They have good quality and provide strong resistance for a workout

Great aquatic walk

Purchased to add some resistance with jogging in pool. Work well, don't slide with adjustable straps. Highly recommend to add resistance to your pool exercises

Update!! Customer service was very helpful, they quickly responded to my complaint and are willing to fix it right away! I am changing my review to reflect the awesome customer service experience. I purchased the set that comes with leg, hand held and barbell . The dumbbell bar warp in the sunlight the first week of the summer! Mid eighties temperatures. I have reached out to the company and hopefully they will get me a replacement bar. They said that the equipment cannot be stored outside but rather in a climate controlled environment (inside your house). For the price point I feel the equipment is cheap and would not recommend buying.

Great workout every morning. Extremely durable.

Excelente

I have used the bundle constistently 2-3 times a week since May 2023. Nearly 3 years later the equipment works as good as it did when I started. Some fading, but thats to be expected with sun exposure and pool water with saline and chlorine. Chips & cracks in the bells are from my own abuse. They have been dropped, kicked and dragged by my dog. Some blue electrical tape patched the crack and two years later I havent changed it, they work as good as new. The neoprene and velcro are still strong and probably wont need replacement for at least another year. I tore a hamstring down to the bone and recovery is hard when you're a 56 year old athlete that forgets he's aging. This bundle has been absolutely essential to my recovery.

Have had this item for around two and half months and used them around twice a week which comes to 20 uses. The Velcro will no longer stick together making it almost unusable.

I'm loving using the barbell in the pool, there are so many exercises you can use it for. You can create the resistance you need by increasing the force used. Fantastic.

Ofrecen resistencia considerable y con ello ayudan al fortalecimiento al ejercitarse bajo el agua. Lo que yo mejoraría es dejar un lugar para meter el sobrante de los velcros para que no estorbe o se despegue.

Straps to short to wrap around ankle

**Great for Swim Spa Workouts** These resistance fins are an amazing addition to our swim spa and fitness routine. They add plenty of resistance, making our workouts more challenging and effective. Great for strength and toning—we highly recommend them!

These fins work really well. I'm putting in twice the effort for the same number of kicks. Well made. Happy to recommend.
